hey man idk if you still havent found it yet but if youre on pc and you press the thing that says membership in the top right corner and then scroll down a bit you'll see where you can link your discord and patreon and that should put you in the server. i was having the same question so i just messed around for a bit and found it

Hey, I figured it out. You need to connect your discord to Patreon online https://www.patreon.com/settings/apps#no_universal_links

Found this tutorial by Patreon that helped me since I didn't get an email: https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us/articles/212052266-Get-my-Discord-role#h_1301252a-027a-4f1c-bb3a-7b41d6d68a3b If logging out of Discord and logging back in after connecting on Patreon doesn't work, there's a troubleshooting section that has more detailed instructions.
