It is a new event in the Maid job. It is actually Alexia's very first job event with Rowan ^_^. You need low corruption and decent relationship with Alexia to trigger it if I remember correctly.
What 'event' is this from?

Rowan has the sword on his hip while banging because heroic emergencies mid-coitus are a thing in Bloodmeen. Based on corruption level he can theoretically kill disobedient orcs without losing tempo.
