Yeah this is the baseline fertility treatment event with Rowan. But maybe there can be an Andras NTR path for the fertility thing later

It's definitely Rowan. It wouldn't make sense for Andras to be the one lol, at least not yet. But make enough noise and hopefully Lord Arioch will grant us an alternate route of these events.
