It requires week to be 35+, rowan's corruption to be greater than 30, and his relationship with Alexia to be greater r equal to 30. You also have to have seen the event resistance_futile.

What value of corruption does this occur at? Rowan's at 68 now, and it hasn't triggered a sex scene as of yet.
