To be honest, I actually *do* like the game. I just don't want the Andras character to be softened or romanticized; I'm too familiar with the damage people like him (and Jezera) do. I'm fine with them being seductive, and this is a dark narrative in any case, but I'd like some options down the road for the viewpoint characters not to be irredeemable. I'm not trying to tell the creators how to tell the story they want to tell; the characters develop due to the player's choices, and I'd like a few more choices, unless Lord Arioch and the other creators already have those things planned, in which case I'm not really asking for anything. I see darker things than most people can imagine on a regular basis. I don't know what else to say except I'd like the opportunity for Rowan and Alexia to claw their way back from the edge somewhere down the line.

For anyone who actually might read these comments, I'd like to explain myself. I am a PhD clinical psychologist who's employed in a social work capacity; I work primarily with children who have been physically or sexually abused. I've had to deal with keeping their abusers out of their lives, and sometimes that involves beating your head against a wall over and over again. I did an internship at an in care facility while I was pursuing my PhD. We had to deal repeatedly with one man who kept trying to get back his daughter; he violated restraining orders over and over again, and never got more than a slap on the wrist. Obviously, I can't reveal names or locations for ethical reasons. He had multiple arrests for domestic violence and sexual assault, but his wife kept dropping charges. He demonstrated all the character traits of Andras: casual violence, outbursts of rage, sexual harassment of our female employees, insults to the manhood of male employees. But the worst was his abuse of his daughter; I was doing bed check one night and found her lying on top of her sheets, naked. As I poked my head through the door, she told me, "I'm ready, daddy." That broke me; I had to take a break for the rest of the semester, and go through therapy for months afterword. Understand something, these people are not misunderstood. They are not fixable, and only a vanishingly small number can be taught to resist their urges to hurt other people. Beauty and the Beast is a myth, and it's a very bad one. I picked up on this game because it's a pretty good story about the slippery slope for people who do evil for what they think are good reasons. If Lord Arioch and the other creators try to pull the "they're just misunderstood" trope with Andras and Jezera, I'm out - no takebacks. It's a pernicious lie, and this story should be better than that. It would be nice to see redemption arcs for Alexia and Rowan in the future; Alexia is a good person who's been put in a bad situation, and Rowan can be played as a pragmatist who doesn't do harm if he thinks he can avoid it. They should have been able to live their lives out in Arthdale, but the twins didn't give them that option. I'd also like to see Helayna return and maybe be part of Rowan and Alexia's redemption; I'd really like to see Alexia fall in love with her. The creators have their story, and I have my thoughts and experience. I hope those two can coincide in the long run. I'm sorry this is a run-on comment, but I couldn't figure out how to break it up.

Oh, God. I hate Andras so much. I've had to deal with people like him in a clinical capacity, and malignant narcissists are just the worst; Andras is particularly bad because he's casually violent and a rapist (Helayna; Alexia in the wulump chain). He doesn't deserve Alexia at all. My favored end pairing is actually Helayna x Alexia; God knows those two deserve some happiness, even if it winds up as Rowan x Alexia x Helayna.

Since you’re still working on the pregnancy part, you should add an option where we choose who she wants the child with, bill man or devil man, with of course Rowan but hey
