musst i complete the orc lager quests first before i can make more story at raspetel also the 2. town ?

i dont get it i should investigate the 2. villige rastabel because the blood mans tresure cant be use but i cant do anithing inside speak with all and nothing more but i dont can get a suport from a baron or anything what ends in a game over do i miss something ? that a can get more story
