It's a ruler event with Alexia. She finds some workers making rude comments mainly about her and her relationship with Rowan. Depending on her level of corruption, you'll have two choices. Report them to Jezera or Rowan. This scene you need a bit lower corruption to be able to report them to Rowan. When you do, you have a couple more choices. Can't remember right now the right choice, but it's down one chain that she takes him to his office and this scene plays out. Will find the right choices later when I get a chance.

This image/scene idea should be made repeatable. When I first saw the sketch, didn't know where it took place. Now I do. It's a really hot scene, but be nice if like Liural you could summon Alexia to relieve your stress too! Well, that's like, just my opinion man.
