Personally I'd still prefer Rowan using her as a tool to manipulate Andras, but since he doesn't seem to be that kind of bad guy it will have to do.

You have to have done either Alexia x Greyhide or Rowen x Greyhide events, and then it will trigger like any other ruler event after that. Shouldn't need anything else.

Hmm how about having a scene with Rowan going down on Alexia , but when he wants to penetrate her she tells him that she has a date with Andras soon and he has to leave or hide. Then this scene follows.
