Get ya filthy logic outta my pornography! Jokes aside, yeah, driders can't impregnate human women. Corrupt Alexia's job will probably be something like reducing their horniness via sex so they are more calm.

Also, sex between driders seems super awkward. Based on the location of their genitalia, the only way they could do it is via a tight frontal hug. :P

Wait, so how do driders breed, exactly? The males impregnate the females and then the females lay eggs? Can they crossbreed with other species? That seems unlikely considering their unique physiology.
