This isn't the equivalence to that scene - that has a penetration scene choice with Cla-Min. To get it you need to follow a chain that begins by hearing the Goblin Prince rumour, either as a plains event, or a trade event when taking villages.
Why do you get to penetrate the dude, but only get a bj from the female? Seems unfair if you ask me. Also, how do you even get these scenes? Something about an event I can't get to trigger? RNGesus really hates me I guess.
