Seriously, I like your idea but it needs to be implemented within the story, which needs a bit of an overhaul of the already written content. Maybe we have luck and Lord Arioch and DarkMaster like this idea too and will work on it.

Rowen shouldn't look more masculine yet, but he should start changing that way. He just spent several months locked in a prison with barely enough to live. He would've lost a lot of the muscle that he had prior to that. But it's been about 3 months in game now, so his body should be starting to show the changes of his activities and he should be getting more masculine from here.
