Erick added it himself, but it could be. Karnas was large and had wings like that. :)
I thought it was in Rowan's personal appartments. But more variety is great. Also, this painting with huge horned winged guy and many girls under him, is it not twins father aka Karnas himself actually? :)

Looks great. I wonder: do we have any scenes in ballroom now, or it's for future updates?
