News From The Six Realms #4 - Best Month Ever, Releases, and More
🕑 Added 2017-06-01 12:05:03 +0000 UTC Hello all,So, first to start with the good news, last month is now officially the best month the game has even had. Hopefully it will keep up, and it won't be long before we are getting 6 CGs a month, and perhaps even some new team members. So, fingers crossed.
Moving on, the backer release is now out, and people seem to like it (I've not had any complaints at least). This one will be available to the public when the next backer release is ready. We are aiming to get that one out towards late June / early July, and as mentioned in previous updates, the main focus is balancing the game , and making the explorable area larger.
In terms of art, Erick is just finishing up the background for Skordred's workshop, as you can see above, and will keep working on filling out the castle rooms. MDN has started on the CG for the orcs x Helayna scene (I'll be sharing the rough with the backers once I get it back from him as usual), and will then move on to the winners of the last poll. Keidi is finishing up the spy templates, and then will be working on the sprites for the realm narrative chosen by the backers, which focuses on the power struggle between three members of an orc tribe. DM has already started writing it, and it'll have four different outcomes depending on player choice.
That's all from the Six Realms for this week, as I've got to get back to work, but interesting times are ahead. :)

In my book, Seeds of Chaos is hands down the best game in this genre. Just hot, beautiful, captivating, sad and funny - all at once. And I really like how you are creating such a dark atmosphere without taking the "normal" easy route and make it into an all out rape-fest. Some elements, like the male gay stuff isn't my cup of tea - but hey, that only makes it all the more different and interesting. Your presence here at Patreon is great too, with good transparency, clear goals and meaningful updates. Hat's off to you, keep it up mate!
