Hmmm so sometimes it doesn't allow me to revist the orc village. It is lightened (not sure the right term) like other areas I visited, and moving to the hex it doesnt do anything. Other times it does allow me to do so. For what it is worth, I talked to the three orcs, found where the lady is in the camps but didn't talk to her yet.
