A little slowness

Since i've been a little absent lately, i wanted to give couple updates as this month's been a bit harsh mental health wise: we've had prolonged heat waves and the weather here made it impossible for me to draw: forearms sticking to surfaces due to sweat, general very low will to do anything, sore throat and eyes, and we don't have an AC here OTL
I've had to finish some commissions i had regardless and pushing too hard to fullfill my queue threw me into art block and now whatever thing i do makes me wanna scream _(:3」∠)_
I've also binge watched the whole Stranger Things series and it left me with such a void in my chest that now i don't want to do anything else -- blame my ADHD brain.
I've gone through one (1) drawing for 10-15 minutes a day just to keep myself active art wise but after two weeks i still didn't finish coloring and i'm afraid i won't have anything to post for this month.
I'll be on vacation from 20th to 27th and i hope some fresh air will help me recover from artblock and put me back on track.
I wanted to write this post before August's charge but i thought i could at least finish the piece i was drawing; needless to say i was wrong.
So, to recover, please don't feel bad if you want to skip September's charge!
I'm super, super sorry for being late with updates this month, my head is empty in the most literal way possible and i can't manage to think much about things i should do.

Enjoy your vacation! ;w; I'm so sorry you're having to deal with that heat wave - I don't blame you at all for not being able to work! Heat is an absolute killer so please take care of yourself and stay hydrated/well rested! <3

I bet when you get back into a good headspace to do art, you’ll absolutely BODY us with the quality. Rest up, definitely earned and deserved. :)

Good to have news but please don't be so hard on yourself. We better enjoy your art for the coming decades than overwork yourself to just get a bit more done now. This means breaks when you need them, like everyone else, and working at your pace. Take care ❤️ (at least in my country people have paid vacations, I don't see why it should be different for artists, so not going to jump on whatever month charge)
