Thanks for being so patient with the next build! It's been very tricky since we've got a few new things going on with it, and it's our first build really testing the Text Tool Vixel made for me. There was some unforeseen shenanigans, but we're REAAAALLY close to a build.
Vixel had some life stuff pop up as well. Lets hear it in A Word from Vixel

11/12 weekly update:
Hey Floofs, bad week for me. A beloved pet died unexpectedly, and I'm a mess. All the content for our upcoming build is in place, and I finished my scripting tasks backlog. Sent Carrot a test build tonight for further playtesting, and I'll be back soon to do any final cleanup so we can get that out for yall!

=( Always a difficult time when these things happen.
Despite that, Vixel was still able to get a test build out for me, which I've sent notes on, and I've just finished up another round of notes on the 2nd version. It's looking really good, so we're very very close to this next build.
SO, we're PRETTY DANG CLOSE to the climax of the campaign :|. We have a short update for next next build, then shenanigans happens. But there's A LOT that needs to get done asset-wise before that's ready. It's kinda a short experience, but LOTS of new assets, and ones that will have lots of use in the future.
This week, I've been tackling the final animations of the campaign, I can't share it because I don't wanna SPOIILLL ITTT. So you get a really crappy censored version xD
They are coming along quite well! 2 different scenes, and I've got 2 loops done in one, and 1 loop done for the other. Really surprising amount of work finished since I wasn't really planning on tackling them just yet. But one thing led to another. Make the toonboom rig > test the rig > fix the rig > test the rig > animate stuff for the test > oops made the animation better > oops polish > oops, loop 1 is done. xD
I really gotta make more progress on those other assets though. That's what I'm focusing on this week.

Send Vixel my regards. I lost one of mine two years ago and one of my current doggo's is not doing so hot. She is a Great Dane that's 5 1/2 and she is already developing arthritis and limping around. I hate seeing her wanting to play like she was just last week, only for her body to not listen.

I hope you give yourself time to grieve with your pet. Mine left on 18th of July. It hurts. It hurts so bad. Take care of yourself, for I forget to at times.
