It’s not actually a sim, I’m using this thing called Fluid Painter. It’s a bezier based voxel add on that paints a fluid drop/streak. The normal use for it is for non moving fluids, and the jitters is a case with the voxel shenanigans :( no fix for it unfortunately. But it gets the point across quite quickly!
