3/29 weekly report
Fixed a major bug causing critter stories and sex scenes to softlock. (I thought I'd fixed this last week before pushing our monthly builds, but I overlooked something: a race between two scripts to load a file and start playing dialogue.) It was hard to pinpoint at first, but seems to be debugged now! ^^ *fingers crossed* (BTW, updated builds are on dropbox!)
Also been working on the save system rewrite. I've switched how the save file stores data so it uses human readable values instead of hashes and id numbers. Next I'll be splitting some of the data into its own lists for organization, then changing code to store the save file outside the game directory so the game can remember your progress between versions.
Aiming to have a working prototype of the revamped save system later this week! That'll show us if there are any design issues to revisit before putting the finishing touches on such a major update.

And on my side, the Finley/Rascal Scene is completely animated! I do still have a couple side polishes to do, blink loops 'n what not, but in terms of the actual hard part - that's all finished and cleaned up!

The Finley scene was some pictures last build. It's great to see him getting some love and now the full scene? I'm also looking forward to the coyote / donkey scene. Why? When you reach the coyotes' place they told you they had some fun with their donkey friend already. That's why I'm looking forward to that
