FOR NOW! Here's what we've been up to! Starting with A Word from Vixel!
5/23 weekly report:
Hello everyone! Last week I made good progress getting more Act 3 story content in to the game! Brought in all the new dialogue for this month, and finished setting up a new walkable area that we'll be introducing in Melody's quest.
Gotta finish scripting a couple cutscenes and interactive pieces this week, and set up Melody's animated Gallery scene, then it's on to the monthly builds. Will keep working on the Upgrade project in parallel so we can hopefully start using that cleaned up code soonishly.

OK ON MY SIDE, shit's gotten a lil wild Dx! Our house main sewage line is totally backed up, and we've been seeing flooding in our basement from it. YUCK. Basically since last weekend we've been getting plumbers over, scoping out the gist and now getting price points for tackling the project. But basically since then I've been crashing at my friends house.
I've still been able to do work here and there, mainly focusing on writing stuff and prepping the content for Vixel. I can still go home and work, but not being able to use the toilet is pretty fuckin' lame lmao. So it cuts the visits a little short. Not to mention the barrage of folks coming over for inspections and quotes. IT'S A MESS! Literally.
Fortunately, I don't have to deal with the cost as it is my dad's house, but while we get things figured out, I haven't been able to get too much done unfortunately!
SO, i'm sharing a lil sketch I did a bit ago.
I THIIIINK we'll be able to get excavation stuff going next week. But I leave for BLFC then, so I'll be out a week again... Great timing sewage!
OK! Well that's it. We'll keep y'all updated on the next build!

Yeah I'm glad! I doodled this the day or 2 after it came out in the states. But I hadn't seen anything posted of these two yet. I'm glad others tapped into the subtle subby-ness of that snake~

Man, everyone—and I mean EVERYONE—is getting on the Wolf & Snake train....not that I mind it at all. ;-) I just think it's kinda crazy that so many people automatically ship 'em. It's like an unspoken agreement. :-D Sorry to hear about the pipes; that's gross. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon!
