You heard it here first, my friends! Web sites are going to be less optimized for humans, and more optimized for agents. That means less click bait, less bait-and-switch, and less high-pressure sales. You send out your agent, and it'll cut through all the bullshit.

Sounds like it will be an improvement. SEO ruined the web because search engines rewarded spammy websites at the expense of good ones, ranking them by SEO instead of the usefulness/relevance of a given page.
