Yeah it never really materialised tbh. I got some photos but that was mostly it. I was writing a piece about it for Foreign Policy but the editor started jerking me around asking for last minute changes without paying for travel or anything so I was just like yeah fuck off.

You mentioned being in Macedonia around 2015 reporting on the nla towards the end of this episode. I tried looking for this reporting and came up empty handed. Would this have been for vice? Just curious if you could point me in the right direction to find that. Or maybe it never materialized? Either way that is some niche shit I'd love to hear/read. As always great work and thanks!
