Scene Vote is a tie?

Normally, I'd opt to do a second poll between the two but everyone except 1 person voted for carry or leg lift. So if we did a second poll and nobody changes their vote that 1 person gets to decide the whole scene.
That seemed kind of unfair to everyone else, which is why I'm asking you guys here which you'd prefer. Would you want Cansado and me to pick between the two? Or just do a second poll anyway?
