I don't think I've been this mystified by a TV show since Lost.

so the dancers were the same character being whipped by in that creepy painting in the waiting room that Irving and Burt met in. They even put the same on the bed next to the Kier mask, which just adds a whole new level of disturbing. I mean, were they supposed to whip the dancers out of distain, like the painting, or pleasure like the dancing suggested?
