This was a cozy, slow paced film that had a wonderful nostalgic feel. The songs were catchy and the characters were memorable. Marie was a hoot!

Also Jax, the Creeme de la creme de Edgar must have been sweet - he added nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon, what appeared to be sugar to the cream. 😀

For me the flashbacks included Maurice Chevalier and Eva Gabor (Duchess) and her sister Zsa-Zsa. The Gabor sisters were the Kardashians of the 60s!
