I immediately knew when I saw this poll that A Christmas Vacation was gonna be in the lead... For me Scrooged is the GOAT and then Trading Places. Not that A Christmas Vacation is bad, but Scrooged is just a Bill Murray classic. Same with Trading Places and Eddie Murphy. There is nostalgia there for sure, but both are examples of great filmmaking in a time when Hollywood knew how to tell good stories.

not really necessary. It’s my favorite Christmas movie and I’ve never seen any of the others. Plus the actors id the kids change in every movie so it doesn’t matter much

Christmas vacation is the obvious pick and should be but Scrooged made me think for a second because as Woody Harrelson said “it’s fucking Bill Murray “lol .. I don’t even remember how much I even liked “Scrooged “,but it’s Bill Murray cmon.. So Id love to check out a rewatch if it did win . I feel same about Chevy Chase too and Christmas vacation is better period so as long as Christmas Vacation or Scrooged wins I’ll be happy.
