I also like to mention that per the Deadpool credits, the writers are the unsung heroes. throughout the season so far, the MCU screenwriters show their brilliance with character development, origin stories, well-placed comedy, surprises, etc. They prove themselves to be masters. Then for me at least, lesser known actors are well picked for the parts and make us all love to hate them or love to love them.

You really would think Wesley would be smarter than leaving a loaded gun on the table like that considering his experience with this type of thing, but he clearly really underestimated Karen.
