it's worth mentioning that part of the mental health treatment process is trialing things to see what works best for you. If you don't like your therapist--get a new one; if you don't like your meds' side-effects--find new meds; if you don't like your exercise routine--get a new one. I've met countless people who completely gave up on therapy or meds because of some bad experiences (their own or otherwise).

100% what Tectone said I can relate to. I had a rough time with my family and everyone was like welp you gotta love them because they're family. You literally do not need to love or like someone because you are related. If someone loves you they will not treat you like shit or like a lower being. Stay happy and be loved y'all

Certainly. My feelings on death are that I'm not afraid of it, nor would I be upset if I was dying, but life is still preferable to death.

Honestly, it makes me happy that all 3 of you would be up to "digitally back up your brains". There's so much copium going around about death giving life meaning, when in reality the problem is way simpler than that. You either live or you die.
