Note: There is a bug involving AppearanceSwapper. It is currently being looked into by the plugin author. You can find a fix and more info here until the plugin is updated. Everything else however is working as intended.

Looks like sometime after testing the logic for it the VAMS state for appearance swapper became stale. I've updated the scene and all is working again. I'll reach out to Haz tomorrow and dig into what caused the issue in the first place as that's not normal behavior. It might be a bug from VAMS as that shouldn't have happened. Either way. I apologize for the trouble. You should be good to go now.
Anamnesis
This doesn't seem to be working on my end very well. There seems to be no way to change to another look, and for some ungodly reason the ability to do so manually via edit mode doesn't work either.
