Yeah, that's because you didn't updated Acropolis
the Luffy weapon appears all white on my end. I switched the whole Garp mod to c07 and left the weapon to c07 as well. At first, I thought I fixed it since i noticed the config.json had an error in it. one of the codes were misspelled wrong saying "c70" and not "c07". after fixing that it was still white. my last conclusion is that maybe it's because I have acropolis 2.1 still. other than that awesome one-piece mods can't wait for more.
