I think white flows better with the colors of both designs. Also buy more white for tie-dye options

The thin hard defined border makes the parts that overlap it's border stand out more. Like, as opposed to stamped on it just seems more lively because it breaks outta the center of focus. I'd say white would like nice for both.
The 3d effect and coloring stands out more with the black background. Black for both
