"Boom boom boom!"
Hearing the hurried knock on the door, Kaito immediately calmed down.
Based on his prestige in the Flying Unit, if there was no emergency, these people under him would not come and knock on the door to inform him so directly.
Kaito quickly stepped to the cabin door and opened it.
A squad leader of the flying team outside the door immediately put down his arm that was about to break the door and spoke in a quick tone.
"Captain Mirukawa, the reconnaissance team has discovered that a Konoha troop of 200 people is rapidly approaching us from the sea in the southwest."
Kaito's expression became a little more serious when he heard this, but he was not too panicked.
"Those guys in Konoha still haven't given up? Have you contacted Captain Kaguya of the Third Squad?"
The flying ninjas of Kirigakure have caused huge losses to Konoha's front lines many times, so Konoha naturally cannot just allow Kirigakure to act recklessly.
This is not the first time Konoha has looked for an opportunity to attack the aircraft carrier of Kirigakure's Flying Unit.
It’s just that the Kirigakure aircraft carrier looks huge, but in fact it is completely insignificant when it is put into the sea.
Moreover, the Flying Unit's aircraft carriers usually cooperate with large forces in attacking. Even if they occasionally carry out independent missions like today, two flying force squads will travel together, and the other two aircraft carriers will rest and wait near the front-line camp.
Moreover, the aircraft carrier's docking location and route are top secret.
Konoha often launches large-scale attacks only to end up empty-handed.
Even if they could occasionally run into the flying unit, the small-scale force would not be enough to defeat the more than one hundred flying ninjas on the two flying squads' aircraft carriers.
If there are too many people, they will be discovered by the flying force reconnaissance team before they even get close.
How far is the border of the Land of Fire from the camp of the Land of Water and Land of Whirlpool?
As long as they hold on for a while, a large number of support troops from the front line will arrive quickly.
At that time, if Konoha wants to launch a decisive battle with Kirigakure on the sea, it will also have to face the attack from Kirigakure's flying unit at the same time.
I’m afraid they will be beaten back home in one wave.
The team leader who came to report was also one of the first group of flying ninja to join, and he was also aware of these situations.
So even though he came in a hurry to report the situation, he did not panic.
"Captain, it was the flying troops under the third squad that discovered the enemy. While notifying us, Squad Leader Kaguya has already led the team to stop them."
“This guy is really…”
Kaito finally just shook his head.
The guys of the Kaguya clan are just like this, and after working with them for half a year, Kaito has long been accustomed to it.
After the Flying Unit became famous in that battle, it became a very popular unit in the Kirigakure Village.
Any family with a little bit of ability would want to send some people to the Flying Unit so that they can occupy high positions in this upstart department.
However, the Third Mizukage was not unaware of the little tricks of these families, and in the end, the ninjas from these families only occupied about one-third of the places in the Flying Unit.
As for Kaguya Rosso, he is one of the two ninjas with the highest status in the Flying Unit.
He is currently the squad leader of the third squad of the Flying Unit. He has been on many missions with Kaito, and they have a pretty good relationship.
"Forget it, let him be."
"First send a message to the front-line camp to request support, and the rest of you change your equipment and prepare for the attack."
Sending out a request for assistance does not mean that the two flying squads cannot deal with the two hundred Konoha ninjas.
However, in order to ensure the safety of the aircraft carrier, the squad led by Kaito cannot be dispatched directly, so as to prevent Konoha from using any tricks to lure the tiger away from the mountain.
The ones who actually went out to attack the two hundred people in Konoha were only less than fifty flying ninjas from the third squad.
Calling for support is also to further ensure the safety of the aircraft carrier.
Watching the team leader quickly running to convey the order, Kaito also summoned Blue back through Summoning Jutsu again.
He threw the sundries that the little frog was holding into the cabin and quickly took it to change its equipment.
However, just as Blue, who had changed his equipment, came to the deck, another team leader also ran up quickly and reported nervously.
"Captain Mirukawa, the reconnaissance team has discovered another Konoha team of about 200 people in the southeast direction. They are approaching a dangerous distance of 5,000 meters."
Kaito's expression also became a little more serious when he heard this.
Five thousand meters is not a very far distance. With the speed of an ordinary ninja, even at sea, it would only take five or six minutes to encounter the enemy.
Moreover, Konoha sent out four hundred ninjas at once, which obviously showed that they were well prepared this time.
"Konoha really spent a lot of money."
After muttering to himself, Kaito immediately gave orders loudly.
"Teams 11, 12, and 13 stay put. Notify the aircraft carrier of Third Squad to approach us. The two frigates will also cooperate in defense."
"After the 7th and 8th reconnaissance team return, have them continue searching in other directions to confirm whether there are other enemies."
"The rest of the team, follow me!"
"Yes!" xN
After giving the instruction, Kaito immediately took off on the spot. The other eight team members and Blue quickly ran to the glider launcher of the aircraft carrier and ejected.
“Swish, swish, swish—”
One by one, the flying ninjas of the Flying Unit took off into the air, quickly formed a formation and followed behind Kaito, flying towards the enemy together.
The enemy had approached so close silently that the flying ninjas led by Kaito encountered the enemy almost in an instant.
Without any excessive words, everyone unanimously took out the standard kunai submachine guns of the Flying Unit from their backs.
"Da da da da——" they started firing at the enemies below.
Just a simple greeting and meeting resulted in the fall of more than ten ninjas from Konoha.
However, Konoha dared to raid Kirigakure's aircraft carrier, so it was obvious that they were prepared.
What's more, the fact that the reconnaissance team under Kaito was able to discover the enemy before basically showed that the other side also knew that their whereabouts had been exposed.
"It's Kirigakure’s Gale Wing!"
"Hurry, hurry, hurry! The Wind Style Team move forward!"
Because Kaito's wings were too conspicuous, they were immediately recognized by the Konoha ninjas.
Immediately, dozens of ninjas in the Konoha formation jumped to the front of the troops and formed seals with their hands at the same time.
"Wind Style: Air Current Dance"
Until now, this C-level wind technique technique is still one of the most effective means to deal with flying ninjas.
However, Kaito is also not unfamiliar with this situation.
"Gather together! Great Breakthrough!"
All the flying ninjas immediately retracted their formation.
Immediately afterwards, the three Kirigakure Ninjas, including Kaito himself, quickly formed hand seals.
"Wind Style: Great Breakthrough!"
Three huge wind bombs were spit out from their mouths, directly smashing a hole in the chaotic airflow in front.
All the flying teams calmly flew towards the hole where there was no air flow interference.
After a long period of confrontation, the flying ninjas of Kirigakure have long realized that no matter how many people from Konoha come or how big the turbulent airspace is, the flying troops only need to open up their own flight path forward.
However, Konoha's offensive did not stop there.
The next moment.
Several ninjas, wrapped tightly in clothes, carrying huge jars on their backs and wearing strange sunglasses on their faces, rushed out of the crowd.
With both hands open, they looked towards the Kirigakure Flying Ninjas in the sky.

Translator ( Me ) ↓
First I will be using the ‘Flying Unit’ for the Kirigakure Flying Department.
The Flying Unit has 4 squads with 50 members.
These 50 members are then divided into a team of 4 members. With one person being team leader.
If there are two or more than two squads going on missions together then I will use ‘Flying Unit’ or ‘flying troops’. Otherwise I will use that squad number like 3rd squad etc.
Main Character is the Squad Leader of the 2nd Squad.
