Naruto Pokemon chapter 184

The Kirigakure troops gradually retreated towards the border coast of the Land of Fire.
As for those flying ninjas.
It is estimated that there is indeed insufficient power to return.
They all chose to land directly and followed the Kirigakure army.
It's just that after these people landed, the way they rushed on with the flying wings that were still huge even after being folded was a bit funny no matter how you looked at them.
Of course, as the biggest contributors to this battle, none of the Kirigakure ninjas present would laugh at them for this.
Although Kirigakure was unable to achieve its full potential this time due to the arrival of Konoha's support.
But Konoha still left nearly eight hundred corpses on the battlefield.
The number of casualties in Konoha in this battle even exceeded the total casualties in the small-scale wars that had been going on on the front line of the Land of Whirlpools in recent months, and nearly half of Konoha's troops on the eastern battlefield were wiped out.
The losses on the Kirigakure side were less than two hundred people, which allowed the front-line ninjas to vent their anger.
This also meant that the returning troops did not march in silence as usual. Instead, many people were discussing the battle that had just taken place intensely.
Of course, there were also quite a few ninjas who were cursing Konoha's Minato.
After all, if Minato hadn't come to support, the Kirigakure troops would have had a chance to wipe out the Konoha troops.
Moreover, the casualties caused by the arrival of Minato alone were almost half of the losses suffered by Kirigakure in this battle.
However, this kind of curse from the enemy may be a kind of affirmation for Minato.
"So, we are actually bait?"
Harpoon looked at Biwa Juzo with some disbelief.
However, Biwa Juzo just curled his lips in disdain and didn't want to pay any attention to him at all.
Kaito thought about it and gave a brief explanation to Harpoon.
"Not really. It can only be said that this was a temporary response made by the village after receiving the intelligence."
"The village can't possibly risk the annihilation of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen by setting up this kind of bait tactic."
Harpoon nodded, agreeing with Kaito's statement.
"At least it turned out well."
Kaito estimated that after this battle, the balance of the battlefield in the Land of Whirlpool would quickly tilt towards Kirigakure.
Not to mention the impact caused by Konoha's massive loss of military forces.
Most of this is because of Kirigakure Flying Unit.
If Konoha still doesn't have any effective solution, it will be enough for the Kirigakure ninjas to have an absolute advantage in the battle on the front line.
"A lot of those Konoha bastards got away this time. We'll launch an attack on the village next time, haha." Biwa Juzo said with a sinister smile.
"That may not be the case. I guess Konoha will send reinforcements soon."
Harpoon is not as optimistic as Biwa Juzo.
However, as soon as these words came out, they were immediately met with the other party's glare.
In fact, Kaito actually agrees with Biwa Juzo's opinion.
Konoha suffered such a heavy loss this time, so it was inevitable to send reinforcements. But how many troops could Konoha mobilize now?
The two villages of Iwagakure and Kumogakure were still fighting fiercely with Konohagakure.
Even if Konoha withdraws a large number of troops to deal with the sudden new type of troops from the Kirigakure Village, the Sunagakure Village, which has already retreated back to the territory of the Land of Wind might have to repeat the same mistake again.
The armistice agreement between them has not yet been officially signed.
By then, no matter how hard Minato worked, it would be impossible for him to appear on four battlefields at the same time.
‘What if Konoha was destroyed like this? Would all those bad things happen later?’
Of course, Kaito just thought so.
With Konoha's current strength, even if the four great ninja villages block it at its doorstep, it may still have a chance to turn the tables.
Moreover, the four major ninja villages are not harmonious. After they really invade the territory of the Land of Fire, it is possible that the four villages will fight each other first.
Perhaps because of this experience of escaping together, Biwa Juzo basically did not put on airs as a member of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen in front of the others.
Even Kushimaru, who was carrying Raiga on his back, although he spoke less, would occasionally join in the conversation.
There was no sign at all that he regarded Kaito and the others as his subordinates.
The Kirigakure troops discussed the results of the battle intensely along the way and gradually arrived at the border coastline of the Land of Fire.
Looking at the four giant aircraft carriers, Kaito was somewhat amazed at the background of the Sky Ninjas.
The Kirigakure Village might be able to build such a giant aircraft if they had the technology.
But it certainly cannot be built in a short time. They really have to thank the selfless donations of the Sky Ninjas for being able to put together such a powerful force.
After the entire army boarded the ship, four aircraft carriers and four small escort ships slowly sailed towards the Kirigakure Village and the frontline camp of the Land of Whirlpool .
"Kushimaru-sama, are we going back to the village to report? Or do we have other plans?"
Inside the cabin, Kaito was examining and treating Raiga again while asking Kushimaru who was leaning against the wall with his arms crossed.
Kushimaru didn't hide anything and spoke directly.
"That guy Yagura conveyed the order from the Third Mizukage-sama. We will stay in the front-line camp and cooperate in the next battle."
"As for the subsequent appointments, we will have to wait until the complete mission report is sent back to the Kirigakure Village before the Third Mizukage-sama will make the decision."
Kaito didn't stop his hands, but continued to ask questions with some confusion.
"Should we stay at the front line? The village isn't so short of troops, right?"
Kaito thought that since such a big thing had happened this time, they would definitely return to the village to report directly to the Third Mizukage.
Kaito didn't expect that he would have to stay here now.
"We are the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist. We are expected to have several major battles in the future. The Third Mizukage-sama will definitely need us to contribute on the front lines."
Now Kaito understood. Although Kushimaru didn't say it out loud, Kaito also understood.
High-end combat power is already scarce in the Kirigakure Village, and the Seven Ninja Swordsmen are barely enough to make up the numbers.
Now there are only three old ninja swordsmen left, including Kushimaru. The Third Mizukage must still want them to help Yagura share some of the pressure on the front line.
Even Kisame and Harpoon, who used the Hiramekarei and Kabutowari without permission, were probably temporarily acquiesced to by the village's top leaders as the members of seven ninja Swordsmen.
As for kaito himself, it must be because he was dragged down by these people.
After Hana died, among these people, he was the only one who had nothing to do with the Seven Ninja Swordsmen, so he might have been arranged together.
‘I always feel like I'm a bit out of place. How about I play with Shibuki first?’
‘No, where is Shibuki?’
Kaito suddenly thought of something and turned to look at Kushimaru.
"Kushimaru-sama, where is the Explosive Blade: Shibuki?"
Kushimaru paused for a moment, but immediately relaxed and continued to lean against the wall, speaking with some helplessness.
"After that idiot Munashi Jinpachi died, Explosive Blade: Shibuki would have definitely fallen into Konoha's hands."
"As long as someone holds it, it cannot be summoned back. If it had been faster, it might have been summoned back to the Village. I guess the village won't be able to get this ninja sword back until this war is over."
"Ah??"
Kaito was speechless.
‘Can you get it back? You won't become the Six Ninja Swordsmen in the future, right?’
