Naruto Pokemon chapter 181
🕑 Added 2024-12-08 12:21:45 +0000 UTCChapter 181: What's there to be afraid of!
Kaito almost burst into a curse when he saw this.
Because it wasn’t someone else who came.
It was the 'Yellow Flash' who had recently become famous in the ninja world, the Konoha Jōnin Minato.
Of course, he was also the guy who made Kaito run away in panic before.
‘The Land of Wind, the Land of Lightning, the Land of Earth, and now even the Land of Water has not been left behind. No wonder this guy will have such a high reputation in Konohagakure Village in the future.’
Even Kaito, who was his enemy, had to admire Minato's hard-working nature.
Kaito thought with some malice in his mind.
‘If we kill Minato here, won't Konohagakure Village be destroyed by the four great ninja villages in the Third Great Ninja War?’
However, Kaito was just thinking about it in his mind. He would not look for trouble and go up to deliver food to Minato.
Even Kaito did not forget to pull back Kisame who was about to go to support.
"Don't worry, Konoha's support troops are here too."
Just as Kaito said, there was more than just Minato coming to support these Konohagakure troops at this moment.
It was just that he arrived here first.
Then a group of Konoha Troops of about three to five hundred people joined the battlefield.
Although overall, because a large number of Konoha ninjas died and a considerable number of survivors had lost their will to fight, Konoha was still at an absolute disadvantage on the battlefield at this time.
However, this sudden arrival of reinforcements did help Konoha stabilize its position somewhat.
Of course, the most important support comes from Minato.
In an instant, all the Kirigakure ninjas who were besieging Orochimaru were defeated.
The two men stood where they were and slapped their hands on the ground at the same time, performing the Summoning Jutsu.
"pong～" x2
two huge white smokes burst out.
The next moment, two huge summoning beasts, tens of meters tall, appeared on the battlefield.
All the ninjas on both sides who were fighting couldn't help but slow down their movements and turned their eyes to the two huge monsters.
Standing on the heads of the red toad and the purple snake were Minato and Orochimaru respectively.
One is sunny, the other is gloomy, the contrast is sharp.
But at the same time, they all brought unparalleled deterrence to the Kirigakure ninjas present.
A voice even more sinister than Orochimaru's was heard by everyone present, breaking the dead silence.
"The Kirigakure battlefield? Orochimaru, you actually summoned me again for such a troublesome matter!"
"Be careful or I'll eat you!"
Manda didn't care about the occasion at all and started scolding Orochimaru without giving him any face.
And because of his huge size, the sound was heard by everyone on the battlefield without any omission.
Even Kaito in the distance could imagine the ugly expression on Orochimaru's face at this moment.
‘Who told you to act cool all day long just because you're difficult to kill! Now you've embarrassed yourself, haven't you?’’
Kaito thought with some malice.
But no one knows what Orochimaru promised to Manda.
After this sentence, Manda did not speak again. Kaito was still waiting to hear it shout "I want 100 living sacrifices".
However, no matter how complicated the relationship between Manda and Orochimaru is.
When the two giant summoning beasts, Gamabunta and Manda, appeared on the battlefield.
Although they might not be a match for a Kage-level warrior alone, in terms of killing efficiency on the battlefield, these two summoned beasts might even surpass most Kages.
Including Minato and Orochimaru himself, Konoha had the equivalent of four first-level Kage fighters appearing on the battlefield at the same time.
The situation seemed to be reversed in an instant.
Yagura was naturally aware of the current situation, and he looked at the two behemoths opposite with a grim expression.
If it was only Orochimaru and his summoning beast…
But before Yagura could think and make arrangements, a figure rushed out from behind him and broke the confrontation on the battlefield.
"What are you afraid of? All members from the Kaguya clan! Come on, let's fight!"
The person who spoke was the patriarch of the Kaguya clan, Kaguya Tatsuya.
As he ran forward, white bone spurs continued to emerge from his arms, eventually twisting into a huge bone spear that charged towards Manda.
His roar completely aroused the morale of the Kirigakure people.
Since they had been on the upper hand, how could the people of Kirigakure be willing to see the battle end in such a whimper just because of two summoned beasts?
"Don't be afraid of anything!"
"They are just two summoned beasts! Kill them!"
As the ninjas of the Kaguya clan were the first to respond to the call of their clan leader and rushed out, the other ninjas of the Kirigakure clan were not to be outdone and launched an attack again.
The battlefield was activated again.
"This idiot."
Yagura rubbed his brows helplessly, but with a smile on his face, he rushed to the front of the team without hesitation.
Kaito, who followed the main force in the charge, also smiled as he watched the scene in front of him.
"We, the guys from Kirigakure, are doing a pretty good job."
Compared to the high morale of the Kirigakure ninjas here.
The little bit of morale that Konoha had originally gained due to the support troops and the two giant summoned beasts seemed to be immediately brought back to its original state.
A small number of weak-willed Konoha ninjas have already turned around and fled.
Minato looked solemnly at the Kirigakure flying troops that were launching another attack in the air, and gently patted Gamabunta's head.
"Bunta, go cover our people's retreat."
"Minato boy, be careful."
After saying this, Gamabunta gathered his strength and jumped into the air, opened his mouth and spit out a huge water ball, attacking the Kirigakure flying unit.
However, such a direct attack might be difficult for the densely packed troops on the ground to avoid.
However, it was completely unable to interfere with the flying troops. Everyone deftly adjusted their flying direction, bypassing Bunta's attack and continued to massacre the Konoha ninjas.
This forced Bunta to use his size advantage, repeatedly jumping into the air and using his 'short sword' to intercept the flying ninjas.
But this efficiency is obviously much lower.
…….
Ground troops.
Kaguya Tatsuya, who was rushing in the front just now, was blown away by Manda just casually swinging his tail.
But he seemed to be fine. He stood up with a somersault and continued to rush towards Manda.
Just when Manda was still thinking about using his tail to slap the little bug directly into the ground.
"Water Style: Tate Eboshi" x2
Two ninjas from the Kirigakure clan, with the help of the lakes released by the other Kirigakure clans around them, transformed themselves into two giant water monsters, one on the left and one on the right, blocking the attack of Manda.
The moment Manda paused, Kaguya Tatsuya, holding a huge bone spear, also jumped into the air and stabbed towards the huge snake eyes of Manda.
Unfortunately, Kaguya Tatsuya apparently forgot that Orochimaru was still standing on the head of Manda.
A simple and unpretentious shadow snake hand shot towards him at a high speed.
"Orochimaru! Your opponent is me!"
Yagura, who also arrived in time, condensed a flowing water blade on the iron hook and cut off all the poisonous snakes.
