"Let's go and check out the situation!"
Kuriarare Kushimaru made a decision immediately.
The battle over there is already very close to here. Regardless of whether it is Team Hana that encountered the enemy, this place is so close to Konohagakure Village, so one of the sides must be from Konohagakure.
The battle here just now was so loud, and everyone is not in a good condition now.
If they really waited for the Konohagakure ninja to arrive, they wouldn't be able to run far, so it would be better to go over and take a look at the situation first.
Others had no objection to this.
It’s not that the other three ninja swordsmen are really convinced by Kushimaru.
However, there are still three of Kushimaru's Anbu subordinates here, and the three ninja swordsmen who are in bad condition don't want to make the situation worse for themselves, so they simply acquiesce to his temporary command.
Harpoon and Kisame, who had just obtained the right to use the ninja sword, rushed forward first.
Kaito followed the four weak ninja swordsmen slowly and leisurely.
"The two guys in front have joined the fight."
Biwa Jūzō, who had been silent ever since he was taught a lesson by Kaito, suddenly spoke.
This made Kaito look sideways.
"It seems that this guy has the talent for perception? Is he really Zabuza's middle-aged slasher?"
However, the news that Kisame and Harpoon joined the battle as mentioned by Biwa Jūzō did make the others feel relieved.
Neither Harpoon or Kisame are reckless people, and the fact that they joined the battle directly can only mean two things.
First, the fighting party was indeed the Kirigakure ninjas, and second, the two men judged that the current combat power of these Kirigakure ninjas was sufficient to defeat the enemy, and there was no need to abandon their companions and retreat.
“Let's hurry up to help them!”
Kushimaru spoke, and the five of them sped up again.
Kaito naturally thought of the reason why Harpoon and Kisame joined the battle, so he stopped dawdling and rushed to the front.
At times like this, if they can eliminate the enemy and escape earlier, they will have a greater chance of successfully escaping.
Otherwise, if they delay too long, Konohagakure will send a large number of ninjas to chase them, and no one will be able to evacuate safely.
You know, Konoha still has two kinds of ninjas with flying abilities, the Super Beast Fake Painting and the Akimichi clan's Butterfly Mode.
Even if Kaito could fly, he wouldn't dare to say that he could definitely escape by leaving the others behind.
Kaito rushed forward while forming a seal with one hand.
[Water Style: Aqua Jet]
The flexible water flow accelerated Kaito, allowing him to thrive in the dense forest and quickly reach the battlefield.
After going around a big tree, he immediately saw Hoshigaki Kisame wielding the huge chakra light blades generated by his Hiramekarei.
It is obvious that this kind of dense forest environment is not suitable for this kind of large-scale attack.
However, the ridiculously large chakra light blade completely ignored the obstruction of the surrounding trees and easily cut off everything in its path.
The body of the Konoha ninja was split into two pieces in mid-air and fell to the ground along with the surrounding chopped down trees.
Kaito looked at Kisame's huge light blade and the way he generously used chakra with some envy.
"If I had so much chakra, I would dare to touch even a Kage!"
Although Kaito was shouting nonsense in his head, his hands did not stop moving.
At this time, there were about a dozen Konoha ninjas at the scene, besieging the four members of the Kirigakure Anbu.
It's not quite accurate to call it a siege, because except for 'Tea' who is either dead or not here, including 'Hana' and 'Spider', three of the four members of Kirigakure have the strength of a jonin.
Even Spider with the strength of a Chunin is not something that ordinary ninjas can fight against.
At this time, the four of them faced so many Konoha ninjas and they did not lose out for a while.
Kaito kept flying through the forest with the acceleration of the aqua jet.
He dodged two fireball attacks from the enemy in front of him leisurely, and threw several shurikens to interfere with the opponent.
After getting close, before the Konoha ninja could react, the water flow under Kaito's feet suddenly increased its output.
The whole person actually passed directly over the head of the Konoha ninja, and in the other's astonished gaze, he drew out the Shinsō behind him, lightly slashed across his head, and killed him.
After killing an enemy, Kaito did not stop.
He tapped the tree trunk with his feet, dodged the shuriken attack from a distance, and rushed towards another enemy.
Seeing Kaito coming towards him, this man had a ferocious expression on his face and quickly formed seals with his hands.
"Idiot from Kirigakure! Come here!"
But he had just finished speaking.
Suddenly, a dazzling white light came out from the Shinsō in Kaito's hand and shot directly into the man's chest.
The Konoha ninja who was concentrating on forming hand seals and calculating the distance to Kaito did not expect the attack to come so suddenly.
He had just finished dodging halfway when the wind blade from the Shinsō pierced through his chest.
Kaito didn't stop at all and waved his arm.
“Tear~”
The man was like a rag doll, split into two pieces.
"Iba!"
A Konoha ninja cried out in pain.
However, in battle, this kind of gaffe not only has no effect, but also gives the enemy a great opportunity to attack.
There was no need for Kaito to take any action. Four long chakra spikes emitting faint blue light shot towards the man and nailed his body to the tree trunk behind him.
However, the person who was nailed there suddenly exploded into a cloud of white smoke with a bang.
"Shadow clone!"
This guy actually used shadow clones to pretend to be sad and attract the enemy's attention.
Sure enough, the 'Anticipation' in Kaito's mind gave a hint.
This time Kaito did not jump back to avoid it.
Instead, he turned the Shinsō in his hand, pointed it directly at the ground beneath his feet and thrust it hard. At the same time, the wind blade of the Shinsō also extended rapidly, increasing the depth of insertion into the ground.
"Puchi~"
The sound of blade tip entering flesh was faintly heard from the earth.
Then blood gushed out from the mud.
Kaito pulled the Shinsō out from the ground with a look of disdain and waved his hand to shake off the blood on the tip of the blade.
"Using the death of your teammates to deceive the enemy, are we the Blood Mist, or you?!"
No longer paying attention to the dead guy, Kaito moved quickly again to deal with the enemy.
However, in the process of fighting the enemy, Kaito always tried to minimize the use of ninjutsu and used the Shinsō to defeat the enemy as much as possible.
First, attacking with shinso is faster and it also increases the chance of surprise attack, which is efficient enough to deal with ordinary ninjas.
Secondly, after getting rid of these enemies, he would probably start running away, and Kaito didn't want to waste too much of his chakra.
“Ding ding ding—”
After several rounds of fighting with the enemy, the sound of swords clashing continued.
Although Kaito's swordsmanship is not weak now, it seems that the Konoha ninja in front of him is also an expert in swordsmanship.
Just when Kaito was still thinking of using some underhanded tricks to end the battle quickly.
A huge axe appeared out of nowhere and chopped down on the Konoha ninja from behind.
He actually split the man in half vertically.
Blood splattered everywhere for a while. Even though Kaito discovered the attack earlier and took action to retreat, his face was still covered with the gushing blood.
Wiping the blood off the mask, Kaito looked helplessly at Harpoon who turned and left.
"Isn't this guy a little too excited?"
