Chiyo, as the strongest puppeteer in the Sunagakure Village, her strength is not only reflected in her top puppet manipulation technology.
As a female ninja, she possesses strong physical skills, is also proficient in medical ninjutsu, and is good at making poisons. She also has a lot of combat experience, a broad vision, and excellent command...
These things combined together created the name Chiyo.
As Chiyo's only son, Domu has a stronger talent in Yin-attribute chakra. As such, he should have practiced illusion or Yin-attribute secret techniques similar to the Nara clan's shadow techniques.
However, Domu still chose to take the path of a puppeteer and focused on the control of "chakra lines".
Puppet control, to put it simply, is a skill that uses "chakra lines" to control puppets to fight. The strength of the puppeteer can be seen by the number of puppets controlled.
However, the "chakra thread" is not just an extension of one's own chakra, but actually has attached yin-attribute chakra similar to the spirit, which is why one can control the puppet with the help of the thread as easily as waving one's arm.
Top puppeteers can even attach "chakra threads" to the enemy's puppets or even humans to control them.
It is just because controlling humans with self-awareness is more difficult than controlling unconscious puppets, and it requires more chakra and mind, so basically no one can control humans to use ninjutsu with "chakra lines" alone.
Domu once thought so too.
He only focused on the precision of puppet control, and used his Yin-attribute chakra talent to make the puppet perform extremely complex movements.
It was not until Domu learned of the existence of "human puppets" that he instantly realized the value of this thing, so he found the Third Kazekage without telling his mother Chiyo and became the person in charge of this experimental project.
Subsequent experiments confirmed his conjecture.
A puppet that retains simple physical instincts and consciousness and can be remotely controlled with the help of a curse.
Even a human puppet like Rasa who retains full consciousness can be perfectly controlled as long as one has sufficiently strong Yin-attribute chakra attainments and combines chakra lines with the assistance of curse seals.
Domu, who now holds hundreds of human puppets in his hands, seems to have become the top "puppet master".
Most puppeteers can control ten puppets at most, but he can control dozens of puppets at the same time with the help of curse seals.
Countless puppets are constantly flying up and down under his hands.
However, now, in the center of the siege by the puppets he controlled, Nagato was the one who was beyond his control.
Puff! Puff!
Nine scarlet thorns were flying behind him, and broken limbs and arms were rising and falling, shuttling through the red rain and being stained with blood.
Nagato's short sword had already broken into several pieces under the weight, and at this moment he could only rely on the nine thorns for passive defense.
"That strike just now didn't kill them directly?"
Looking at Nagato who was still struggling, Domu's face looked very ugly at the moment, and he looked past him at Yahiko behind him.
In the reflection of the multiple pupils, Yahiko's expression was ferocious at this moment, as if he was enduring some pain.
The suppressed flames fluttered in red shadows around him, like a monster trapped in a cage, which would be covered in blood the next moment the cage was opened.
"That little brat..."
Looking at Yahiko's strange behavior, Domu felt more cautious. He narrowed his eyes and pulled the string with his ten fingers.
Magnetic Release: Glass Shattering!
Under Rasa's angry and uncontrolled manipulation, countless gold sand particles gathered from all directions with Yahiko as the center.
Once wrapped in a sufficient amount of gold sand, the terrifying pressure exerted by the magnetic release technique will squeeze Yahiko, who is unable to move at the moment, into a pulp!
However, when countless gold sands were coming from above, below, left, right, front and back and were about to gather, Domu stared at the figure standing in front of Yahiko.
Nagato's hands were slowly raised up, hugging his chest and shoulders, his head gradually buried in his arms, his entire upper body slightly curled up.
Snap! Snap!
The muscles under the skin contracted, and a force began to pull the cervical spine, spine, and lower limbs upward, making a crisp and creepy sound.
"Ah!!"
Puff! Puff! Puff!
Under the illumination of Yahiko's fire behind him, the hunched figure on the ground could be seen. Behind him, there were no longer just nine thorns, but countless branches as far as the eye could see.
Dense scarlet thorns grew out from the nine main trunks. They snaked out from them like countless tentacles behind Nagato.
"What is that?!"
Seeing Nagato's sudden strange change, Domu's originally gloomy expression changed instantly.
He had never seen a human being twisted into such a shape before. Even for a ninja, it was too hideous and terrifying. It was like a thorny blood tree that grew by sucking blood.
However, there was no time left for him to be surprised.
"Five minutes... Idiot, you still want me to protect you?"
Nagato's expression was extremely ferocious, and he was obviously in great pain. Without even turning his head, he cursed at Yahiko, squatted down suddenly, slapped his hands on the ground, and roared: "Blood Demon Art..."
The countless thorny vines flying behind him suddenly stopped, and then turned around and stabbed downwards from the air like living things.
Boom!!
In an instant, the dense and fine thorny vines pierced into the ground, forming a scarlet cage around Nagato and Yahiko, instantly blocking out the gathering gold sand.
This is not the end yet.
Looking at the thorns that were still growing around Nagato and feeling the faint vibration of the ground beneath his feet, Domu's pupils shrank and he recalled the gold sand without hesitation.
Magnetic Release: Gold Sand Shield!
While Rasa was guarding Domu and recalling gold sand, Nagato's hoarse and low roar was heard from a distance.
"Tomb Spire Kill!"
Boom!!
A crack appeared in the ground in an instant, and countless saw-like thorny vines poured out from it, constantly crawling and growing towards the sky.
As the gold sand shield was hit, a sharp sound was heard, and the terrifying force was transmitted through the gold sand to Domu's body inside.
“Enough!” The severe pain made Domu’s face ferocious, his face twitched violently, and he roared in anger, “Go to hell…”
But before he could vent his anger, his face suddenly changed, and he quickly moved away from the ground. Rasa beside him swung the gold sand blade forward without hesitation!
The blade even tore a hole in the air, causing a sharp whistling sound.
But his multi-eyed eyeballs slowly moved downwards, and his nerve reflexes were hundreds of times superior to those of ordinary people, allowing him to see the terrifying figure under the gold sand blade at this moment, which was difficult for ordinary people to see.
Rasa's blade swing missed.
The figure wrapped in the wild hunting air rushed over, and dodged the gold sand blade perfectly. The blade almost passed over his head and even cut off a few of his hairs!
However, Nagato under the gold sand blade didn't care about these at all.
The blood-soaked face was full of ferocity and brutality, and the pair of scarlet pupils stared upwards at Domu, getting closer and closer to Domu who was flying backwards in the air.
"No sword?"
The multi-eyed eyes looked at him impartially, and immediately noticed his empty hands, and growled, "You're looking for death!"
The strange thorns behind him didn't have time to grow, so what could a little ghost without weapons do even if he got close?
The moment the thought came to Domu's mind, he suddenly noticed a very familiar color on the face in front of him.
It was like a mad beast, using its teeth and claws to stuff the opponent into its mouth and devour the enemy completely!
In the moment of astonishment, a sound of bones suddenly came.
Phew!
A stream of blood spurted out from Nagato's side, and a pale bone actually broke through the flesh and was completely exposed in the air.
In the reflection of Domu's contracted pupils, Nagato reached out and grabbed the pale bone that burst out from his waist, pulling it out inch by inch in severe pain.
He knew very well from the beginning that the iron short sword posed no threat at all to the ninja who possessed magnetic release technique.
So, he chose to use his own flesh and blood and sharp bones.
Crack! Crack!
The sharp, pale bones were broken directly, and Nagato instantly burst out with terrifying murderous intent and grasped the bone blade stained with blood and flesh.
‘This time, let's see where you can escape!’
Looking at Nagato who had already raised his hand holding the bone blade, Domu could no longer conceal the fear on his face, and his right index finger suddenly made a pulling motion.
"Rasa, save me!"
Rasa, who was behind Nagato, was too late to mobilize a large amount of gold sand. He thought he would have to watch Domu die in front of his eyes, and he was already mourning in his heart for the puppeteer whom he hated and respected.
But after Domu shouted and moved his fingers slightly, Rasa's face suddenly changed and he couldn't help but curse: "Beast! You %#@￥%..."
Before he could even curse out the dirty words about greeting his whole family, Rasa opened his arms uncontrollably, actually wanting to hug Nagato tightly in his arms.
If Nagato turned around and stabbed him backhandedly, the head on his neck would surely fly off!
However, Rasa's puppet body made of gold sand and chakra-conducting metal weighed several hundred kilograms.
What would happen if a puppet weighing several hundred kilograms held him with all its might?
There was only one possibility: his entire body would be shattered, with his bones, muscles, and internal organs all squeezed together like plasticine.
‘I can catch up! I can catch up in time!’
Seeing the distance between himself and Nagato, and the distance between Nagato and Rasa, surprise bloomed in Domu's eyes.
This selfish madman actually wanted to use Rasa's life to exchange for his own chance of survival!
However, facing the deadly hug behind him, Nagato did not even turn his head, staring coldly at Domu.
The two were already very close, and this blow would be enough to chop off his head.
But even at this point, it was too late.
Before he swings the blade in his hand, Rasa behind him will hug him.
so……
A hint of ferocity flashed across Nagato's scarlet pupils, and he still swung his raised arm out without even having time to adjust the angle and direction. He just changed the bone blade he had originally swung out to a throw.
"Die!!"
The sharp bone blade flew out of his hand in an instant, then it went straight to Domu's neck!
The thin gold sand that was urgently recalled in front of him and tried to stop him was chopped off by the bone blade mixed with a strong bloody smell.
Puff! !
The blade pierced directly into Domu's neck, and scarlet blood gushed out instantly, splashing on the ground with a pleasant sound.
“Hoho!!”
Domu raised his hand to cover his bleeding throat, not daring to touch the bone blade that was already halfway embedded in the neck. His pale face was filled with fear, but a glimmer of light and vitality rose in his eyes.
Not dead! Not dead yet!
Even with this amount of bleeding, he would die in a few minutes, but at least he is not dead yet.
Domu turned around without hesitation and tried to escape with staggering steps, no longer having any desire to fight.
The half-baked mystic palm jutsu could not heal his wounds, it could only delay his death, and the blood was still flowing.
But he still doesn't want to die, even if it's a minute or a second later!
“It’s really ugly.”
Looking at Domu who was still struggling even though he was sure to die, a hint of mockery flashed across Nagato's face.
The next moment, the figure behind him with open arms had closed his arms.
Snap! Snap! Puff!
The sound of bones cracking was dense and clear.
It's like a piece of crisp, flat paper that has been roughly crumpled into a ball.
Blood splattered all over Rasa's face, flowing down in a thick and sticky manner.
The pain was indescribable, and Nagato felt a throbbing pain deep within his brain.
"Ahhh!!"
What was heard was not wailing, but angry roar.
The next moment, the thorns grew out of his back again.
Puff! Puff!
Before Rasa's expression could change, the twisted and hideous thorns tore through his puppet body. The terrifying metal strength was as fragile as scalded rubber in front of the sharp thorns.
They twisted and grew inside Rasa's body as if they had life, like a giant scarlet tree taking root and sprouting from inside his body, clamping Rasa's body tightly and making him freeze in place, unable to move.
"Damn it! What are you going to do?" Rasa growled with an ugly expression.
"Idiot!" Nagato's face was distorted to the extreme. Under the pressure of the huge force on both sides, he raised his head involuntarily and roared, "Why don't you do it? Are you waiting for me to collect your corpse?!"
This is his limit now.
This kind of injury cannot be healed quickly even if he doesn't die. All he can do is control Rasa and prevent him from continuing to attack him.
However, if Yahiko doesn't take action, the other Sand Ninjas will react...
The next moment, a voice suddenly interrupted Nagato's thoughts.
"They all use the fire of their karma to dry up, repay their old debts, and become beasts next to them."
Behind Nagato and Rasa, white flames rose up.
At this moment, the flames flying around Yahiko gathered in his hands, and the blade that had turned into molten iron and was suspended in the air was gradually melted and forged.
First, there was a black handle with intricate patterns, and then the guard, blade, cutting edge, and blade arc gradually began to be cast upwards...a brand new sword appeared under him.
Under the burning of the white flame, only the white bones were left of Yahiko's empty right hand, but his pale five fingers were firmly grasping the hilt of the blade.
Yahiko opened his eyes and saw the helpless Sand Ninjas around him, the struggling and staggering Domu in the distance, and the dried corpse of his wife who was abandoned on the spot...
Everything was reflected in his eyes.
"Hellfire."
Yahiko's shoulders were gathered together, as if they were cast in iron, and he pointed the blade downwards, and said solemnly, "Burn the filth."
As soon as the words fell, white light gushed out from the ground.
The whole valley was illuminated by the light that shot straight into the sky.
