Kaito boring watched the Sunagakure Ninjas chasing him from a distance, Kaito stretched out his hand and yawned.
Perhaps there are also skilled tracking ninjas like Shark in the Sunagakure Village. Since the enemy's large force began its action, it has been moving in one direction with a clear goal.
This made Kaito want to fly forward in the direction of Sunagakure Village to find out whether the escaped Anbu from Kirigakure were just ahead.
But Kaito thought that if he exposed his whereabouts again, it would not be as small as before.
Kaito still restrained his impulse.
Just when Kaito was still sighing, wondering whether the support troops from the Kirigakure Village frontline would arrive first, or the Sunagakure Village's pursuit troops would catch up with those Anbu first.
Several figures landed beside Kaito with a "swish".
He subconsciously reached for the Shinsō behind him, but after seeing the appearance of the person coming, Kaito stopped the action.
'No wonder there was no warning of danger.'
"Captain Fuku, it seems you didn't miss it. Did Shuibi and Henaki convey the information here to you?"
Well, Shuibi and Henaki are naturally the Anbu code names of Hozuki Shingetsu and Yuka Tamura.
While speaking, Kaito waved his hand and called the little frog to his side.
"Yes."
Fuku replied briefly.
"Captain Fuku, how did you find me?"
As soon as he asked this question, Kaito seemed to understand something, and looked at the silent Shark with a somewhat unfriendly look.
‘I must have been tracked by this guy's weird electromagnetic induction, but I don't know when he left his coordinates on me.’
‘The shark's ability is indeed a bit strange. I was completely locked onto by the other party without even noticing it.’
But the feeling of having his whereabouts completely known by others is not very pleasant.
Shark didn't care about Kaito's somewhat malicious gaze.
'Just a flying imp.'
Although he had a general understanding of Kaito's combat power and his work in the Anbu, as the ace of the Anbu's pursuit ninja team, Shark did not take a young Anbu like Kaito seriously.
He just snorted disdainfully and didn't want to pay any attention to Kaito at all.
Kaito once again silently reached for the Shinsō behind him, wondering whether he should show this guy Shark his level of medical ninjutsu.
For a moment, the atmosphere between the two was tense.
Seeing this, Kisame and the other two subconsciously moved towards Kaito.
In the end, it was Fuku who spoke up to smooth things over.
"It's necessary for the mission. Lu, tell me about the current situation."
Kaito glanced at the arrogant Shark, and then looked at the Sunagakure Ninjas in the distance who were still in his sight.
Only then did he start talking about the current information.
"After the previous encounter, there should be more than a dozen Anbu who broke through the siege, and now the Sunagakure Troops are continuing to pursue them."
"But I have been keeping an eye on the movements of Sunagakure Troops, and I haven't spotted any of those Anbu."
After saying this, Kaito also pointed in the direction of the Sunagakure Ninjas.
However, other people didn't have such abnormal vision as him. They looked in the direction of his finger and found nothing.
"What about the number of Sunagakure Troops?"
"About sixty or seventy people. I'm not sure how many jonin there are, but there should be about seven or eight."
Kaito did not mention his previous sneak attack on the Sunagakure Troops from the air. After all, it was a private attack that violated the mission requirements.
Fuku also became a little solemn after hearing this.
A small group of sixty or seventy ninjas is not too many, but seven or eight jonins is not a small number.
In fact, if the Sunagakure Troops leader was not the Scorch Style Pakura, a team of 100 people consisting of two or three jonins and one chunin and genin would be the normal situation.
"Captain, do we need to slow down the advance of the Sunagakure Troops a little?" Kisame suddenly spoke.
It’s not that Kisame cares about the lives of the fleeing Anbu, but he is worried that if the Sunagakure Troops catch up with them, Those Anbu will be quickly annihilated and then Sunagakure Troops will withdraw directly.
By then, Kirigakure's support forces might not be able to arrive in time to encircle and suppress the enemy.
"No need, we just need to complete our tasks."
Fuku decisively refused. Having seen Kisame using the Water Style: Thousand Sharks, he knew that perhaps with Kisame's huge chakra, it might be possible to slow down the pursuit of Sunagakure.
"If we attack rashly, and the enemy realizes that we have a large number of reinforcements coming, they may give up the pursuit and choose to withdraw."
"Yes, Captain."
After hearing this, Kisame stopped talking.
Indeed, as an Anbu ninja, all you have to do is complete the tasks assigned by the Mizukage.
Kaito heard the conversation between the two and secretly wiped his sweat.
"By the way, there should be a small number of puppeteer teams deployed among this batch of Sunagakure Troops."
Kaito thought of the last few puppets that took off into the air and mentioned it casually.
"No problem. If there are not enough of them, they will not pose a threat."
The profession of puppeteer was originally created by Sunagakure to solve the problem of sparse population.
It can reduce troop casualties to a certain extent and expand the number of combat units.
However, if you cannot form a certain scale, you can be treated as an ordinary ninja.
After hearing this information, Fuku fell into deep thought.
Although the number of support sent by the Kirigakure frontline troops will definitely exceed that of the Sunagakure Village, this place is still within the territory of the Land of Fire after all, so they still have to be careful about being discovered by the Konohagakure ninjas.
If there are too many people, it would be too funny if Konohagakure were to take advantage of them.
However, if we cannot completely wipe out these Sunagakure Troops, the effects of revenge and deterrence will inevitably be much worse.
"Forget it, let's just pass the information to the frontline troops. This is not something we should consider."
Fuku took out a strangely shaped scroll and began to record information.
Kaito guessed that it might be the new way to contact the front-line command sent by Ninja Seagull sent by the village after he left.
‘I don't know when radio communication will be available. It seems that the Yamanaka clan is Konohagakure Village's biggest chess piece in all the wars.’
To be honest, even outsiders like Kaito are somewhat envious of Konoha's luxurious configuration.
The Ino, Shika and Cho clans, the Nara clan's excellent minds and strategic vision, the Yamanaka clan's ultra-large-scale and ultra-long-distance barrier-free communications, and even the Akimichi clan's Super Expansion Jutsu, which has a devastating devastation on the battlefield for low-level ninjas.
These three clans without bloodline limits are the actual backbone of Konohagakure Village in the war.
After Fuku sent the information, Kaito also noticed that the Sunagakure Troops were about to be out of his sight.
After telling the others, he took off again and followed.
"Captain Fuku, I will slow down my flight speed, just follow me."
Several people looked at each other in surprise as they saw the strange sight of Kaito flying away with the frog on his back.
