Below the canyon.
The Sunagakure Ninjas, who had just finished a fierce battle, were sitting together in groups of three or four to recover.
A few Genin were ordered to clean up the battlefield and collect the bodies of their own ninjas.
"Hey, why are we chasing after those Kirigakure guys?"
"What nonsense are you talking about! These damn crazy Kirigakure people attacked our wounded soldiers' camp!"
"That's not what I meant, but if we go to war with the Land of Water at the same time."
However, the words of this Sunagakure Ninja aroused dissatisfaction among his colleagues.
"So what? We still defeated those bastards from Konohagakure!"
"Tsk, wouldn't it be fine if we just kill all these Kirigakure Ninjas?”
"I heard that this pursuit was Pakura-sama's willful decision?"
"Shut up! Is this what you should say?"
A passing Sunagakure jonin seemed to be trying to stop his subordinates from gossiping, but there was no sign of anger in his tone or expression.
Since the superiors are all like this, the other Sunagakure Ninjas naturally don't care at all.
So they didn't continue on this topic.
"Senior Baisha, what on earth was going on with the series of explosions on the cliff?"
"Yeah, yeah, how many explosive tags would it take to create that kind of noise? Otherwise, those Kirigakure Ninjas wouldn't have gotten away with it."
When the Jonin named Baisha heard his subordinate's question, the playful expression on his face became even more intense.
"Didn't the Kirigakure Ninja attack us earlier? That explosion was the sound of Pakura-sama fighting with the enemy."
A puppeteer from Sunagakure seemed to remember something when he heard this and started speaking as well.
"I remember that a guy who could fly rushed down from the sky and killed all of Sairo's teams."
"But with Pakura-sama's strength, she should be able to easily deal with the other party, right? But Pakura-sama actually made such a big fuss."
Baisha couldn't control the smile on his face when he heard that.
Then he nodded and spoke casually.
"That sound was not made by Pakura-sama. It was the sound produced by the flying Kirigakure Ninja’s ninjutsu."
"How is that possible!"
All the Sunagakure Ninjas who were sitting together looked at Baisha with astonishment.
"Impossible? I remember that the flying Kirigakure ninja didn't look very old. Can he perform such a powerful ninjutsu at such a young age?"
"Hey, the most interesting thing is still to come."
"Captain, please stop keeping us in suspense. Just tell us now."
Baisha put down the kettle and looked at the guys who were staring at him with wide eyes with contempt.
"I only heard what was said next. I heard that the enemy was just a kid, but even facing such an opponent, our Pakura-sama was still defeated by him."
"What! He actually escaped?"
"What a pity! I thought Pakura-sama's move would be foolproof. Are these young guys so powerful now?"
"Maybe it's not that the enemy is strong, but..."
However, before these Sunagakure Ninjas could continue chatting on this topic, a rapid sound of breaking through the air suddenly rang out from the sky.
"What's that sound?"
"Is it the attacker??"
Just as all the Sunagakure Ninjas stood up and began to look around.
"Beware of enemy attacks!!"
A Sunagakure Ninja who happened to be looking up at the sky suddenly shouted.
But before he could finish his words, a strangely shaped object that looked like an umbrella fell into the crowd with a "bang".
The Sunagakure Ninjas had no time to think and immediately wanted to draw their weapons and prepare for defense.
But the umbrella-shaped ninja tool opened its umbrella the moment it hit the ground and immediately began to spin rapidly.
All of a sudden, the thousands of kunai hidden inside "umbrella" flew out.
"Sniff sniff—"
A large number of Sunagakure Village ninjas who were talking and laughing before were shot into a hornet's nest by this sudden attack.
However, this was not the end. Several round bombs fell from the sky, causing a series of violent explosions.
Flying over the canyon again, Kaito dropped the last bomb into the area below where the crowd was still densely populated.
Another group of Sunagakure Ninjas who were at a loss were knocked down by the blast.
These strange and bizarre equipment were naturally looted by Kaito from the armory of the Sky Ninja battleship.
He originally wanted to take it back to the village and collect it, or keep it for his own research.
It’s a pity that the amount of blue pills Kaito took today was a bit excessive, so in order to save chakra, he had to reluctantly use up these weapons.
But it must be said that these tools made by the Sky Ninjas are indeed suitable for launching air strikes.
After throwing down a few kunai with explosive tags on them, he looked at the chaotic Sunagakure Ninjas below and took out the Handheld Kunai Launcher he was carrying from his back.
But at this time, the Sunagakure Ninjas finally came to their senses and noticed where the attack came from.
"In the sky! It's the Kirigakure ninja!"
"There! There's only one enemy!"
"Haha, their eyesight is pretty good. They can tell I am a Kirigakure ninja even when I'm flying so high."
Kaito naturally heard the shouting from below, but he didn't expect that he would be recognized just after he finished the bombing and hadn't even started to lower his altitude.
"Prepare to counterattack!"
Seeing that Kaito dared to launch a surprise attack on the Sunagakure Ninjas alone, the Sunagakure Ninjas below immediately launched a counterattack in anger.
However, Kaito looked at the Sunagakure Ninjas at the ground, who were struggling to throw kunai at him, and he just found it ridiculous.
Without any intention of dodging at all, Kaito dived down quickly.
The airflow generated by the flapping of the "Gale Wings" alone was enough to scatter all the incoming kunai.
“Da da da da~”
The pleasant sound of Handheld Kunai Launcher firing rang out again, taking away the lives of a large number of Sunagakure Ninjas in an instant.
"This is a crushing defeat caused by the generation gap in warfare."
At this time, Kaito also understood why those poor and weak Sky Ninjas were so arrogant.
This feeling of looking down from the sky at the enemies below who are helpless against you is really addictive.
Just when Kaito was feeling proud of himself.
Suddenly, he saw five Sunagakure Ninjas holding Giant Folding Fans, staring at him with fierce eyes.
At the same time, the 'Anticipation' in Kaito's mind also sounded the alarm in time.
"Group Wind Style Jutsu: Wind Style: Casting Net"
Following a loud shout from the leading ninja, all the Sunagakure Ninjas holding Giant Folding Fans waved their Giant Folding Fans with all their might, and a strong wind surged.
A huge wind net composed of countless slender wind blades arranged in a cross shape was coming towards Kaito quickly.
It was obvious that they wanted to strangle him with this wind net.
"Damn, I really can't be too arrogant. It's not unfair that the Land of the Sky was destroyed!"
