For several days in a row, Kaito lived the life of a hard-working worker.
He needs to be on duty for more than ten hours every day.
However, thanks to his busy schedule, Kaito, who has only been in the job for a short time, has already been exposed to most of the work of the Anbu.
From standing guard to patrolling, and then to secretly monitoring the ninja clan’s base.
At least the work within the village is similar.
However, what Kaito did not expect was that there was a new trick today.
"Lu, you come with me today."
Early in the morning, Kaito, who had just rested and rushed to the Anbu base, was detained by his squad leader Fuku.
"Captain Fuku, is there any special mission?"
Kaito looked at Kisame who didn't know what happened, then turned around and asked Fuku.
"Don't talk too much, just follow me."
After saying that, Fuku added something to Kisame.
"Shou, you take the day off today and make your own arrangements."
"Yes, Captain!"
Kaito shed tears of envy as he watched Kisame walk out of the locker room without hesitation.
Unfortunately, the ANBU mask could hide the tears.
Fuku waved his hand to signal Kaito to follow.
Along the way, he didn't give any instructions about the next task, he just led the way ahead.
Only when they reached a valley at the edge of the Kirigakure Village did they slow down their pace.
Kaito looked at this hidden valley with some curiosity.
Although he has not been a ninja for a long time, he has completed many tasks in the village, big and small.
Not to mention that he had been patrolling the village as an Anbu member these past two days, and had seen some things both in the open and in the dark.
However, he has never been to this valley.
Even though he knew Fuku might not give an answer, he still asked the question again.
"Captain Fuku, what mission are we going to do?"
Fuku still did not answer, but instead made a strange bird-like sound.
If it weren't for the fact that "Anticipation" never responded, Kaito would even suspect that the other party was trying to harm him.
After all, the conflict between him and the Yuki Clan has not been completely resolved yet.
However, after Fuku gave the signal.
The appearance of two masked ANBU made Kaito feel a little more at ease.
"Warrant."
The two newly appeared ANBU did not lower their guard because of the attire of Kaito and the other man, but just spoke indifferently.
Fuku did not hesitate at all and took out the scroll from his arms and threw it to the two of them.
The two Anbu first looked at Kaito and the other two, then carefully checked the scroll and hid in the dark again.
Kaito became more and more curious about the purpose of this trip.
When the two entered the valley, Kaito could clearly feel a slight sense of sluggishness.
It seems that there is an unknown barrier covering this place.
However, there are only a few thatched houses that look a bit simple in the valley.
It was only then that Fuku began to explain the purpose of his trip.
As a result, the other party's first sentence scared Kaito a lot.
"Lu, do you know about the tailed beasts and the Jinchūriki?"
Kaito's pupils dilated greatly, and he was extremely glad that he was still wearing the mask.
Kaito was complaining like crazy in his mind.
‘Why are you making such a fuss? I'm just a newbie who just became an Anbu.’
‘Although I have thought about becoming a Three-Tails Jinchūriki before, I have never thought about facing the Tailed Beasts head-on!’
He suppressed the random thoughts in his mind, sorted out his thoughts, and answered carefully.
"I've heard some rumors. Why did Captain Fuku bring this up?"
Fuku didn't seem to care whether Kaito really understood or not, and continued to speak according to his own thoughts.
"The Tailed Beasts are powerful monsters that have existed since ancient times, possessing the power of a natural disaster. In order to utilize this power, the ninja sealed it in the human body, and the war weapon created is the Jinchūriki."
"When our Kirigakure was first established, we got the three-tailed beast and the six-tailed beast."
Kaito was naturally very clear about what Fuku said, and he even knew much more than the other party.
The statement that 'the village obtained two tailed beasts when it was first established' is an exaggeration that has been exaggerated many times.
It was actually the benefit of the weak that he fought for by bullying Hashirama Senju because he had a low IQ.
Fuku, who had no idea what Kaito was thinking, continued speaking at his own pace.
"I don't know the current situation of Three Tails either."
"However, the Six tails was sealed into a child a year ago, and the child has been protected here as the Six tails Jinchūriki."
Hearing this, Kaito actually breathed a sigh of relief.
‘At least I'm not being asked to fight against a fully formed tailed beast. And from what he said, it doesn't look like he wants to fight.’
Kaito followed the other party's words and asked.
"So Captain Fuku, why are we here today?"
However, before Fuku could answer.
A brown-haired child wearing an ill-fitting blue haori walked out of the thatched hut in the middle.
The child looked only four or five years old.
Interestingly, the brown-haired kid’s long bangs completely cover his left eye.
But he still reached his chubby little hands under his bangs and rubbed his sleepy eyes.
"Is it the Sensei who came to see me?"
The little boy had obviously just woken up, but a hint of joy could still be heard in his crisp tone.
Looking at this cute little kid, Kaito also confirmed his identity.
It was none other than Utakata, the Six-Tails Jinchuriki who appeared in the original work.
Fuku, who was beside Kaito, seemed to have become much gentler after the child came out.
Even the speech became whispered.
"It's me. Didn't I say before that I would teach you how to become a qualified ninja?"
When young Utakata heard this, he immediately became energetic.
"Really? Sensei, you finally agreed to let me do ninja training, that's great!"
However, what was a little strange was that although Utakata was very excited after hearing the news, he just jumped a few times on the spot and did not continue to approach Fuku.
Fuku seemed to take this situation for granted.
He took off his ANBU mask and walked towards Utakata.
"Okay, before we start ninja training, I need to explain to you the basics of ninja."
Seeing Captain Fuku holding Utakata's little hand and walking into the thatched hut, Kaito, who was still standing there, was a little at a loss.
‘What's going on? Why did you ask me to come here? Why don't you finish your conversation before taking care of the child!’
It was a pity that no one paid any attention to Kaito, so he had no choice but to stand there and wait obediently.
Since this valley is used to guard the Six-Tails Jinchuriki, there must be more than just the two Anbu who appeared just now.
There's no telling how many pairs of eyes are staring at me right now.
At this time, Kaito, who had not received orders from his superiors, naturally could not move around freely.
‘Can someone explain this to me?!’
