Kaito got up with some doubt and went to open the door.
The person's in such a hurry to find me, it seems like there's something important.
"Shou, why are you here?"
The person knocking on the door was none other than Kisame, but this time he was wearing an Anbu mask. After thinking about it, Kaito decided it would be better to call him by his code name.
"Doctor Mirukawa, the captain has summoned you to change your equipment and head to the valley as soon as possible."
The captain that Kisame was referring to was naturally the Anbu Squad captain Fuku, but Kaito did not expect that it would be Kisame who would inform him.
"Captain Fuku is talking about the valley?"
"That's right, Doctor Mirukawa, please change your equipment quickly."
Hearing Kisame's somewhat serious tone, Kaito did not delay any longer and quickly ran back into the house to change into the Anbu suit.
At the same time, Kaito was thinking secretly in his heart.
‘He is calling me over so urgently. It doesn't seem like it's just for the daily training of Utakata. Is there something wrong?’
‘And it was Kisame who came to call me. For such a confidential location, Why didn't Captain Fuku come to inform me himself?’
After thinking for a while and looking at the two weapons hanging on the wall, Kaito decided to take the Shinsō with him just in case.
After putting on the mask, Kaito gave some instructions to the little frog before leaving.
"Blue, don't go to training today. Stay at home and wait."
"Quack! (.-`ω-)"
After seeing that Blue understood what he meant, Kaito immediately went out and followed Kisame towards the secret valley.
On the way, Kaito thought about it and asked Kisame.
"Shou, do you know the function of the valley?"
"I Know."
Kisame's answer was somewhat beyond Kaito's expectations.
"The village's Jinchūriki's secrets should be kept at a high level, right? How could Kisame know about it?"
It seemed that he heard Kaito's doubts.
Thinking that Kaito would know about this matter next, Kisame simply did not hide it.
"Just now, the Six-Tails Jinchuriki was attacked, and the Mizukage-sama temporarily dispatched two ANBU teams to reinforce them."
"What?! Jinchūriki was attacked?"
Although Kaito forced himself to lower his voice, he still couldn't hide the astonishment in his tone.
You know, Jinchūriki is the most important asset for any village.
The valley that Kaito had visited before was filled with countless Anbu ninjas stationed there, either openly or secretly, guarding it at all times.
Who has the ability, or the courage, to attack there?
Thinking of this, Kaito felt that this matter was strange and couldn't help but ask.
"What's the situation there now? Do you know who attacked the Jinchūriki?"
"The attackers killed several patrolling Anbu when they infiltrated, but when they got close to the Jinchūriki, the Jinchūriki went berserk and alerted the other Anbu who were monitoring him."
"But it was precisely because the Jinchūriki's rampage tied down most of the Anbu that we were unable to capture the other party. At present, the identity of the attacker cannot be confirmed."
After listening to Kisame's description, Kaito became even more confused.
It stands to reason that even if some of the Anbu were tied up, there would definitely be someone to intercept the attackers.
In this situation, the other party was able to escape. Kaito doesn't know whether it was because the attacker was too strong or whether these Kirigakure Anbu were too weak.
Moreover, at this time, the 2.0 version of Akatsuki has not yet been launched.
Who is it?
Who would take such a big risk to provoke the Jinchūriki.
However, it seemed that this was all that Kisame knew, so Kaito simply stopped talking.
The two of them accelerated and rushed towards the valley.
After being interrogated by the outer patrol secret department, Kaito entered the valley again.
At this time in this exposed valley, all the Anbu no longer hid their bodies.
With a casual glance, you can see more than a dozen Anbu members standing guard everywhere.
In the middle, Fuku was reporting something to the Third Mizukage.
"Third Mizukage-sama, Captain Fuku."
Kaito and the other man hurried forward to greet him.
The Third Mizukage's expression was still very indifferent at this time, but everyone could feel his dissatisfaction at this moment.
The Third Mizukage did not react to the arrival of the two people and still looked at Fuku in front of him.
"Fuku, I'll leave this matter to you. I just want the final result."
"Yes! Third Mizukage-sama!"
Fuku knelt down on one knee and accepted the order.
The Third Mizukage turned around, waved his sleeves, and walked out of the valley with several Anbu.
Only after his figure completely disappeared from his sight did Fuku stand up and look at Kaito.
"Lu, go check on the Jinchuriki first."
"Okay, Captain."
Kaito agreed obediently, but couldn't help but complain in his heart.
‘Is there really no other medical ninja in the ANBU? I don't know how long ago the attack happened, and they are just waiting for me to treat them?’
Feeling somewhat helpless, Kaito walked towards the Anbu members who were maintaining the sealing barrier.
When the other party saw Kaito coming, he didn't say much and directly released the barrier to let him in.
Kaito was not shy either, and quickly stepped forward to begin examining Utakata.
However, seeing the Six-Tails Jinchuriki falling into a coma again due to going berserk, Kaito subconsciously thought of the two items he had just drawn this morning.
The soothing effect of the 'clear bell' should be able to prevent the tailed beast from going berserk.
Although Kaito had no impression of the 'Catching Charm' that was hanging around his neck at the moment, judging from the description in the original version, it should be something that could make it easier to catch Pokémon, and it might also help suppress the chakra of the tailed beasts.
'It's quite a coincidence.'
However, no matter how useful it is, with so many Anbu watching around, Kaito is not prepared to take out the items to try it out.
Besides, Utakata and he have no relationship, so there is no need to cause trouble for himself because of this kid.
In fact, this unfortunate little guy doesn't have any serious problems.
Same as last time.
He still fell into a coma because his body and mind could not bear the explosion of the power of the tailed beast.
However, the situation this time was more serious, and Kaito no longer allowed the Utakata to recover on his own.
He used the Mystical Palm Jutsu to heal several obvious skin tears on Utakata's body.
At least on the surface there seemed to be no problem and then he stopped.
Seeing Captain Fuku approaching, Kaito stopped pretending to treat the patient and stepped forward to report the situation.
"There's nothing wrong with the Jinchūriki. He will recover after some rest."
"Um."
Fuku simply nodded, he stared at Utakata who was still unconscious.
After staring for a moment, he turned and looked at Kaito.
"Lu, we are going to chase the person who attacked the Jinchūriki next, you should come with us."
"Okay, Captain Fuku."
Kaito sighed slightly in his heart.
'really.'
After the Third Mizukage gave the order to Fuku just now, Kaito felt that he would definitely be involved in this unfortunate task.
Fortunately, he has basically mastered the ability to fly now. Even if he encounters some more difficult enemies, Kaito is confident that he can ensure his own safety.
Next, Fuku ordered seven Anbu members, including Kisame, to go together to carry out the capture mission.
The other Anbu were responsible for continuing to guard here to prevent the attackers from making a detour.
However, no one expected that this pursuit would turn into a protracted war.
