Although he was a little confused, Ao still faithfully followed the doctor's advice.
He immediately wanted to take the Military Ration Pills from Kaito's ninja tool bag, but it was already empty.
Fortunately, every time the team goes on a mission, Kaito will make a lot of similar medicines and distribute them to teammates, but most of them are still kept by Kaito, the medical ninja.
Ao quickly took out all the Military Ration Pills from his ninja tool bag.
Then, under Ao's incredulous gaze, Kaito ate a handful of Military Ration Pills, and green light appeared on his body, and then his injuries recovered a little.
After a while, the Military Ration Pills were all eaten up, and Kaito's injuries were almost healed.
"Could this Military Ration Pill have a healing effect? But I've eaten it myself before?? "
Ao was still confused and naturally didn't know.
Ever since he acquired the skill 'Roost', Kaito can recover from injuries infinitely as long as he has enough chakra.
This special self-made pill can restore chakra without any side effects.
For Kaito, it is basically equivalent to a blood bottle.
Of course, recovering from such a serious injury will take time.
Seeing that his injuries no longer affected his movements, Kaito wanted to preserve some chakra, so he did not continue to consume his life force to recover.
At this time, the two also discovered that the mist was gradually spreading.
After looking at each other.
"It seems that Zabuza and others heard the explosion and rushed over."
"It should be over."
After escaping death, both of them breathed a sigh of relief.
That’s right, Zabuza and others didn’t completely leave and escape.
Previously, when he was in a stalemate with Ai, Ao used perception ninjutsu to confirm that the team members had evacuated before finding a chance to escape.
However, in Ao's perception, Zabuza and others simply retreated to the edge of Ao's perception range and chose to stop and no longer move.
Although Ao's perception range is large enough, this is obviously not a safe way to leave.
It was obvious that Zabuza and others were sending a signal to Ao.
"We will not evacuate alone, nor will we take blind risks. We will meet you right here."
Ao was actually quite touched.
After that, he no longer used Perception Ninjutsu to investigate the situation and focused on recovering.
In order to increase the success rate of subsequent escape.
Ao was carried on Kaito's back all the way, so naturally he told him the news.
This is also the reason why the two did not adjust their direction too much while running away.
Unfortunately, the two of them never kept enough distance from Ai behind them, and even if they used the Hidden Mist Jutsu, it would be impossible to eliminate their trace immediately.
It was not until Kaito's last "Steam Eruption" that they really distanced themselves from Ai and had a moment's rest.
"Ao-sensei, let's move first."
"Well, there's no guarantee that the other party won't chase after us towards the landing point."
After reaching a consensus, the two stopped talking and quietly disappeared into the mist.
But on the other side, seeing the rising mist, Ai had already given up chasing the two men.
After all, the Byakuyan bloodline was already in hand, and hunting the two men down was mostly just to vent his anger.
It is now obvious that the chance of catching the enemy is slim, so the best thing to do is to go back and gather people and return to Kumogakure Village.
"But is the last move that brat used a bloodline limit?"
Ai silently took note of this kid who acted recklessly and was not afraid of death at all.
Kaito, the "fearless kid", was still hiding in the mist with Ao.
However, after all, the 'Underground Aural Listening' that Zabuza mastered was a perception ninjutsu that he had specially learned to cooperate with the Hidden Mist Jutsu, and it didn't take long for him to find the two people.
"Ao-sensei!"
Mei rushed over excitedly and hugged Ao, with even a hint of tears in her tone.
For Mei, who has been in contact with Ao for a longer time, Ao is both a sensei and a relative. Seeing that Ao is safe, she put aside her usual arrogance.
"Quack! (T.T#)"
Blue, who was following Mei, also hugged Kaito's thigh with tears in his eyes, as if he was blaming Kaito for not keeping his promise and not summoning him to fight together.
"Alright, alright, it's alright."
Kaito bent down and picked up Blue, but turned his eyes to Zabuza.
Zabuza immediately understood and said with a curled lip.
"There is no one else in the Hidden Mist Jutsu. The other party must have given up."
Yuka Tamura, Azusa, and Hozuki Shingetsu, who had recovered and was carrying Ken's body, watched the reunion of Team Ao with complicated expressions.
Ao also noticed the expressions of the three members of Team Ken, patted Mei, who was hugging him, and turned to speak to everyone.
"Let's leave here first. After all, there are still many ninjas from Kumogakure Village in the Land of Hot Water, and we are not completely out of danger now."
Then Ao took out another sealing scroll and handed it to Hozuki Shingetsu who was carrying Ken's body with some apology.
"We should seal Jonin Ken's body into the scroll and deal with it later when we get back to the village."
Looking at the three people who were silently collecting the bodies, Zabuza spoke in a low voice that was somewhat inappropriate.
"It's a pity that the Hyuga's Byakugan fell into the hands of Kumogakure."
Zabuza was just inspired by seeing the sealed scroll. After all, it was already very difficult for Kaito and Ao to escape alive.
Unexpectedly, Kaito looked at Zabuza with a strange expression.
Then he flipped his fingers deftly, and a tiny scroll appeared in his hand.
"This is??"
Zabuza exclaimed, which immediately attracted everyone's attention, and everyone looked at the scroll in Kaito's hand.
Only Ao's expression did not fluctuate at all.
"The sealed thing here should be the eyes, right?"
Kaito tossed the scroll in his hand and asked Ao.
Ao also nodded in agreement.
"It's the head. When I dealt with the body of the Hyuga clan leader, I sealed and stored the head and body separately. The body was sealed in the large scroll."
It is true.
It was similar to what Kaito guessed, although Ao was talking to Ken when he was dealing with Hyuga's body and did not notice the situation.
However, later, Ao gave him the scroll and kunai on the grounds that Kaito reacted faster.
Kaito found that he had obtained two scrolls, one large and one small, and he roughly guessed the situation.
After all, the value of the Hyuga clan's eyes and bodies are completely different, so it is normal to seal them separately.
However, Kaito didn't expect that Ao didn't even leave a head for Kumogakure.
Now the other party can't even detect the information inside the brain. With only a corpse, it is estimated that Kumogakure is unlikely to be able to research anything.
As for the explosive tag on the large scroll, Kaito relied on the dexterity bonus brought by his newly acquired "Technician" to secretly stick it on after putting the kunai and the small scroll into the ninja tool bag.
It did buy the two of them a lot of time to escape.
Let’s not talk about how furious Ai would be when he opens the scroll and finds only a headless corpse, and how many tables he would smash.
The Kirigakure team, after finally completing their mission with great difficulty, also set out on their return journey.
