The next day.
Grand Line, New World, Wilbur Island.
At this time, this island, which is more than ten kilometers wide, is extremely lively.
Or rather, it has been very busy these days.
Wilbur Island is an emerging island that has emerged in the last few hundred years.
From the very beginning.
The scenery here is pleasant, with clusters of high mountains and green forests, and the geographical location is also relatively suitable.
It is a place for a group of swordsmen from the new world to communicate.
Later, the swordsmen wanted to communicate more conveniently.
They began to build houses here, and some even settled down on this island.
Their custom of exchanging sword skills here also spread to the New World, and began to attract more swordsmen who were learning sword skills to come and watch.
As time went by, Some vendors noticed the business opportunities here and began to pour in.
The first town gradually formed here, and slowly, it became a large city.
There are several settlement-like towns centered around the city.
It has become an island with a strong swordsmanship atmosphere.
There is a nominal owner on this island.
The position must be held by someone with very high prestige on the island.
On this island with a strong swordsmanship atmosphere, if you want to have prestige just show off your sword skills.
The current owner of this island is a great swordsman who is not young anymore.
He was defeated by Unohana Retsu.
And now.
Unohana Retsu is holding a kendo tournament on this island.
After a month of fermentation, countless strong men or swordsmen came to the island of this new world.
Basically, all the major pirate groups have also sent personnel here.
In addition to some personal reasons, many of them also want to win over those potential swordsmen.
As for the marines, they also sent Marine Admiral King and Vice Admiral Kizaru, as well as some Vice Admirals and Rear Admirals who are good at swordsmanship.
Powerful people from various countries in the New World and the Underworld have also come here.
The largest number of people who came to the scene were swordsmen and people who came to watch the fun.
It can be said that this kendo conference is a mixed bag.
"It's so lively, is this Wilbur Island?"
At this time, a smiling blond young man in yellow clothes was looking at the prosperous things around him and felt very curious.
It is a busy port with a straight road leading to a square in front of it. It looks very lively there. From here, he can see some buildings with plaques like sword halls hanging on them.
This person is none other than Golden Toad Hughes, one of the supernovas of the Worst Generation, and also the vice-captain of the Andre Pirates.
The kendo tournament that has been widely talked about in the New World is very attractive to pirates who are new to the New World.
Basically everyone will choose to come and take a look.
"Stop looking and hurry up! The Kendo tournament will start in an hour."
A voice came from beside him.
It was none other than Tyrannical King Andre, the captain of the Andre Pirates.
"Yes, Captain..."
Hughes found it funny to hear that Andre was a little anxious, but he was not going to participate.
Following Andre's somewhat anxious steps, Hughes thought leisurely.
‘I heard that Orochimaru-san had come to this island. I Didn't expect to see him again so soon?’
Ta-da-da...
"Is that the famous Wilbur Battle Field on Wilbur Island? It looks really spectacular."
At this time, a group of people came to a huge building. At a glance, there were stone steps one after another, about two hundred meters high.
It was Shanks, Rayleigh and his group.
While biting a big chicken leg, Roux looked at the densely packed crowds of people walking up the stone stairs, and couldn't help but sigh.
"Well, that's the Wilbur Battle Field up there. That's where those powerful swordsmen will fight."
Rayleigh couldn't help but laugh as he looked at the dense flow of people.
"According to Wilbur's rumors, this building was originally a mountain, but later a powerful top swordsman cut the mountain directly in half. Afterwards, the people on this island gradually built stone stairs from the bottom of the mountain, and the section of the mountain above was also used to make a battlefield for the swordsmen."
"Now we just have to climb up and see what's there."
Roux and others were surprised to hear Rayleigh's words.
Because from here, if this is a mountain, its original height may even reach eight or nine hundred meters or even thousands of meters.
Is there really such a powerful swordsman in this world who can cut the mountain directly from a position close to the bottom?
"Hahaha, let's go! This Kendo Tournament is going to be very lively! I heard that Orochimaru and Hisoka are here, and even..."
Rayleigh's original smile also became solemn.
"Marine Admiral King is here too. Hopefully, he won't do anything here."
After hearing Rayleigh's words, the other members of the Red Hair Pirates also became serious.
They also knew about the man Rayleigh was talking about.
The strongest marine sun King, if that man really uses all his strength, not to mention the mountains, even the islands will be left with big holes.
"It shouldn't be possible. His ability is so dangerous. There are more than 100,000 people on this island. In addition, the flow of people is skyrocketing now. As a marine, that man shouldn't be crazy!"
Listening to Rayleigh's concerns, Shanks analyzed calmly.
In Rayleigh's mind, if that man was controlled by the World Government, then there was a certain possibility that the World Government would do such a thing.
After all, the top pirates among the pirates, Orochimaru and Hisoka, are here, and many other big pirates have also come, such as Crocodile, Gekko Moria, etc.
In addition, many powerful pirate groups also sent their capable members here.
If this place could be wiped out with one attack, the pirates would surely be seriously injured.
He is not clear about the current state of the relationship between the World Government and King.
He can just hope that King is not a man who can be easily ordered around.
"Let's go!"
Rayleigh waved his hand, and then led Shanks and the others up the stone stairs.
