Naruto villian template chapter 199
🕑 Added 2024-10-20 11:53:40 +0000 UTCChapter 199: Hidan: I don't like fighting and killing, I want to be a 'civilian' in the future!
Chiyo walked out of the Kazekage Building, and what came into view was a sea of yellow sand.
The wind and sand blew in from the distant sand dunes, hitting her slightly weathered face and sticking grains of sand to the corners of her dry and cracked lips.
"I should have thought of that earlier."
Chiyo took a breath and said.
Yeah, I should have thought of it earlier.
How could a genius who has so much attention and admiration be willing to become a useless person?
For Rasa, any bit of hope is a life-saving straw and he will cling to it tightly.
"Tsk." Chiyo frowned, fatigue and boredom flashing across her face, "Everything is really getting messy."
She is already in her forties, which is considered "old" in the ninja world where the average life expectancy is fifty, and her physical condition has long begun to decline.
With her achievements and qualifications, she should now retire to enjoy her old age and family happiness.
Chiyo originally thought that she would withdraw from the front line after the Second Ninja World War was over, and become like the two assistants of the Hokage in Konoha, going fishing when she had something to do, and looking for trouble for the Kazekage when she had nothing to do.
But the current Sunagakure Village really makes her worried.
Transforming a living person into a puppet is not very reliable anyway. If there are any flaws in the experiment...
Thinking of Rasa's appearance, Chiyo always felt a little uneasy.
"Grandma?"
Suddenly, a timid voice came from above her head. Chiyo came to her senses and subconsciously looked up. When she saw the earthen house in front of her, she realized that she had walked back home unknowingly.
As for the person who was speaking, he was a boy with red hair and a somewhat dejected expression.
"Sasori."
Looking at the boy standing by the second-floor window, Chiyo smiled kindly.
That is her grandson, who is five years old this year.
After seeing Chiyo, Sasori seemed happy. A smile appeared on his little face. He turned around and came down from the second floor and opened the door for Chiyo.
"Welcome home, Grandma."
As Chiyo entered the house, the noisy sound of the wind in her ears was blocked outside the door.
Looking at the Sasori looking up at her, Chiyo slowly squatted down until she was the same height as the Sasori in front of her.
As she squatted down, the sand and gravel on her body formed into thin streams and slowly fell to the ground.
"Good boy."
Chiyo smiled kindly and gently, and the wrinkles on her face were smoothed out. She reached out and ruffled Sasori's red hair and asked, "What's wrong? Are you hungry?"
It seemed that it was different from what she had imagined. The young Sasori's expression became dejected again. He forced a smile and shook his head gently, saying, "No, no, I..."
But before he could finish his words, his stomach growled, making his face turn red.
Chiyo could naturally see that he was not sincere. She sighed inwardly and then smiled and said, "Come on, go wash your hands first. Grandma will make you something delicious."
Watching Sasori nod and walk into the bathroom, Chiyo looked up at the spacious but slightly deserted living room, and the feeling that she had forgotten something important became increasingly clear.
It wasn't until her eyes swept across the calendar on the wall that she froze in surprise and realized what day it was today.
Today is Sasori's sixth birthday...
Realizing this, Chiyo fell silent.
On Sasori's fifth birthday, the four of them took a family photo together, and then each went to the battlefield.
In other words, her son and daughter-in-law, Sasori's father and mother, have not returned for a year because of the sudden changes in the battlefield of the Land of Rain and the distraction of the battlefield of the Land of Rivers.
What is it like for a four or five-year-old child to be away from his parents for a year.
Even she has forgotten that today is Sasori's birthday.
She thought that after waking up, Sasori must have felt abandoned by the world as he looked at the hazy dark sky, the empty and lonely room, and listened to the whistling sound outside the window that seemed to never stop.
"Grandma?"
Chiyo pulled herself out of her complicated thoughts and saw Sasori in front of her, looking at her with his head tilted.
Chiyo blinked her eyes, forced a smile on her face, and said calmly: "Sasori, today is your birthday. I will make you a cake tonight. Tell me, do you have any wishes that you want to come true?"
Hearing this, Sasori was stunned for a moment, then smiled, but soon as if he remembered something, the smile faded, he lowered his head and whispered: "I, I want my parents to come home..."
After these words came out, Chiyo's mood became more bitter. She held up Sasori's little face and smiled slightly, "Grandma promises you that we will celebrate your birthday together next year as a family."
"...Well, I believe in you grandma."
Sasori looked at the ground, obviously trying to escape, but still said obediently: "I know my parents and you are very busy. I can take care of myself here by myself."
"Hahaha……"
Chiyo's heart trembled, and she quickly raised her head and smiled as if she was hiding something.
Suddenly, she remembered the puppetry scroll that the Third Kazekage had returned to her before, and looked down at Sasori and asked, "Oh, by the way, Grandma has some fun toys, do you want to see them?"
"Toys?" Sasori's eyes lit up, "Can they play with me?"
"Of course." Chiyo nodded, shaking the scroll from the edge of her robe and quickly forming seals with her hands.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
As crisp sounds appeared one after another, the white mist exploded, and nine puppets dressed in pure white robes appeared in front of Sasori.
They have hideous faces and strange appearances. Some look like evil monks, some look like demons, and some even have a bright red cat face. They are of different heights, weights, and appearances.
These are the nine Chikamatsu puppets that have been repaired. The other one was completely damaged by the black cat's technique and cannot be repaired anymore.
The appearance of these monsters not only did not scare Sasori, but instead made his eyes light up.
Click! Click!
Chiyo's nine fingers were connected to the nine puppets by tiny invisible chakra threads. As the nine fingers moved, the bloody "Chikamatsu’s 9 puppets" actually twisted their bodies irregularly.
Their limbs are stiff, their movements are uncoordinated, and they twist in strange ways, just like dancers who have just learned how to dance, but precisely because of this, the overall look gives people an exceptionally funny feeling.
Seeing this, Sasori was quickly amused and smiled sincerely. He looked up at Chiyo and asked, "Can I play with these?"
Chiyo also smiled, shook her head, took out a large scroll from her arms, squatted down and encouraged: "Sasori, you can try to make it yourself. Only the puppet you make yourself is your own."
Seeing this, Sasori opened his eyes wide, took the big scroll, kissed Chiyo on the face, and said happily: "Thank you, Grandma, I like this gift very much!"
Chiyo touched his cheek and ruffled his hair cheerfully: "Go, put your things back in the room, and watch it after dinner."
"Yeah!" Sasori nodded repeatedly, holding the big scroll, and ran back to his room on the second floor.
Watching Sasori's figure disappear from her sight, Chiyo stood up and looked at the "Chikamatsu’s 9 puppets" in front of her, and thought of the extremely strange black cat again. Her smile gradually faded and she frowned again.
Can this war really be ended next year?
The Second Shinobi World War has reached the point now that the Land of Wind, the Land of Fire, Hanzo and the Land of Rain have all gambled everything.
The defeated party will inevitably fall into disgrace and be rebuked by the daimyo, and the "Kage" who is the leader will inevitably resign.
Unless one side completely loses the ability to resist, no one can accept the outcome of defeat.
What's more, there is also the "City of Dawn" whose motives are unclear and whose strength is a mystery...
Thinking of this, Chiyo felt more and more tired and weak.
Meanwhile, in the room on the second floor.
Sasori sat down at the desk excitedly and unfolded the huge scroll.
The name of the scroll is "Basics of Puppet Control: From Beginner to Mastery".
But when Sasori unfolded the large scroll to the end, another small scroll fell out.
Sasori picked it up and unfolded it, tilting his head in confusion, and read: "The Making and Controlling Techniques of Human Puppetry: The Way to Eternal Life?"
Puppet and human puppet? What's the difference?
"Sasori, it's time to eat."
Hearing the voice coming from downstairs, Sasori subconsciously closed the scroll and answered loudly: "I'll be there soon, Grandma!"
Then, he looked down at the scroll, hesitated for a moment, and put it into the drawer.
Since it was given by my Grandma, it should be okay, right?
————————
At this moment in the Land of Rain, the rain is getting heavier and heavier.
The huge raindrops were blown into each other and broke in the air, splashing water onto the ground. The wind gradually became stronger and dark clouds rolled in.
With the sound of footsteps hitting the water, Yahiko ran back to his door in the rain.
"Huu!"
He exhaled a little hot white mist, stood under the eaves, turned around and looked at the rain in front of him, and murmured, "I haven't seen such heavy rain in half a year."
Even in the Land of Rain known as the "Crying Land", it doesn't rain heavily every day. Most of the time it is covered by dark clouds, and occasionally you can see the warm sunshine breaking through the clouds.
"I don't know when this country will stop crying." Thinking in his heart, Yahiko turned around and knocked on the door.
Knock…knock…
After waiting for a long while, there was still no answer, which made Yahiko stunned for a moment. He seemed to remember something, frowned, looked around, took out the spare key from under the doormat, and inserted it into the keyhole.
Click.
The small house of about sixty or seventy square meters was empty, and the closed windows creaked as the wind hit them.
A gray-haired boy was sitting cross-legged on the sofa in the living room, looking down at a book on his lap. He seemed to have seen some incomprehensible passages, and his thumb and index finger were repeatedly rubbing the corners of the pages.
It wasn't until Yahiko opened the door that heavy rain and strong winds rushed in, rustling the pages of the open books in the boy's hands and in front of him.
"Hidan! What are you doing again?"
The boy came to his senses and subconsciously raised his head, but Yahiko, who had approached him in an instant, twisted his ears.
Yahiko's tone was fierce, and he didn't use any force on his hands, but the boy's face still wrinkled up and he yelled, "It hurts, it hurts, you bastard uncle! You bully a child, I'm going to tell Sister Konan and Brother Kumokawa!"
Hearing this, although it was not the first time that this brat called him uncle, Yahiko still laughed angrily: "Asshole brat, I've told you many times that although I raised you, I'm only a few years older than you!"
This kid is the one he picked up from the evil cult of the Land of Hot Springs. To be honest, he raised him with great care, but the older he gets, the more disobedient and unlovable he becomes.
"Also, Konan is only a few months younger than me, and Boss Kumokawa is a few years older than me. Why are they older sisters and brothers, and I am the uncle?"
However, even as he said this, his hand loosened. But when he looked down at the books, he couldn't help but twitch his face. He pinched Hidan's little face and asked, "Why are you reading such useless books again?"
As he spoke, he took another look at the titles of the books.
"Taisho Tripitaka", "Origin and Fundamentals of Religion", "In-depth Analysis of the Doctrine and Rationality of the Evil God Cult", "Religious Psychology"...
Some of these books were looted from the previous group of "monks", such as Buddhist classics such as "Taisho Tripitaka" and "The Origin and Fundamentals of Religion".
Some of them were compiled by hired personnel, such as the mysterious Minister of Medical Affairs' "Psychology of Religion" and... "Analysis of the Doctrines of the Evil God Cult."
Other religious books were fine, but when Yahiko saw the book "In-depth Analysis of the Doctrine and Rationality of the Evil God Cult", his heart skipped a beat and his whole face burned.
Because this booklet was what he used to earn "milk powder money" or subsidies, and he spent a month scratching his head to write it. The whole booklet is full of emotional catharsis and subjective opinions, and there is no order at all.
To borrow the words of Boss, this is "Academic Garbage" and undoubtedly a negative example.
"Where did you get this crappy book?" Yahiko grabbed the "Academic Garbage" and said angrily.
"I found it in the study... Oh, you sound like a nagging old woman."
Hidan, whose face was pinched, dug his ears and said nonchalantly, "Didn't you tell me to read more books and increase my knowledge when I have nothing to do?"
"I didn't tell you to read this kind of book!"
Looking at this kid who is even better than his teacher and even more shameless than himself, Yahiko rubbed his face and said unhappily, "There are so many swordsmanship books in the study, but you don't read them. How can you understand these books when you are only three years old?"
Maybe it’s because of the last ritual of the Evil God Cult?
Yahiko had long discovered that this kid was more mature than other children of the same age. He felt relieved only after he consulted Nono to confirm that there was nothing wrong with the kid's health. But he didn't expect that he was so precocious that he could read such obscure books.
"Hmm, I don't want to read those things." Hidan stiffened his neck and said vaguely, "Swordsmanship and fighting are only done by uneducated and reckless people. I want to be a 'civil servant' in the future."
Yahiko's face turned dark, this kid doesn't want to learn it, and he can't force him.
Why did so many people sign up for the draft?
Part of it is because they can't survive and just want to have a full meal, and the other part is, isn't it just for their children to be able to do what they want to do in the future?
In the words of Uncle Tsuyu, sacrifice is a price that must be paid. Either they pay, their children pay, or their grandchildren pay. Their generation is covered in blood and mud, so they should pay.
"I can't do anything about you."
Thinking of this, Yahiko unhappily loosened his hand, took out a soaked scroll from his arms and handed it to him, saying, "I'm going to cook, you help me put this thing on the windowsill to dry."
But just as Yahiko stood up, there was a knock on the door, and a familiar and cold voice came from outside: "Konoha has decided to take action against Hanzo. Go to the Hall of Heroes to prepare for the pre-war mobilization."
Hearing that the voice was Nagato's, the originally lazy Yahiko instantly tensed up and stuffed the scroll directly into Hidan's arms.
In the blink of an eye, all that was left in Hidan's eyes was the open door and the words he heard.
"You have to take care of your own meals during this time. If you can't make it, go and get a free meal from Nono-san!"
"whispering sound."
Hidan rubbed his red cheeks and reluctantly unfolded the scroll, muttering, "What is this?"
As he spoke, he lowered his head and glanced across the scroll.
——"The Power of Nature and the Secrets of Witchcraft".
