Everyone also knew that the noise they made just now was a bit too loud and it was not advisable to stay here for long.
Everyone immediately followed and continued on their journey in secret.
As they moved forward, Hoshigaki Kisame couldn't help but ask.
"Doctor Mirukawa, why do the people of the Yuki Clan want to cause trouble for you?"
Kaito thought about it and did not hide anything. He briefly told what had happened before.
However, Kaito didn't know that because of the last time the Death squad attacked them, dozens of Yuki Clan ninjas were forced to be sent to the battlefield. He just thought that the other party wanted to retaliate against them because of the previous investigation of Team Ao.
"Ninjas are just tools. It turns out that the existence of these clans is distorting the meaning of ninjas."
Kaito looked at Hoshigaki Kisame with some surprise. After all, although the Hoshigaki clan was small in size, it was actually a standard ninja clan. He didn't expect that he would have such an idea.
No wonder he killed all his companions in order to protect the intelligence.
But perhaps it is precisely people who have this kind of thinking that will quickly change their thinking after feeling grief.
It's just that Hatake Kakashi changed earlier and was not led astray by others, while Kisame was fooled by Uchiha Obito into seeking a false peace.
Zabuza, who was standing by, subconsciously turned around and looked over when he heard what Kisame said.
Unfortunately, Zabuza had a bandaged face and Kaito couldn't tell what his expression was.
Just when they were about to continue discussing this topic, a Ninja Gull flew quickly over their heads.
Terumi Mei, who had not participated in the conversation throughout the whole process, was the first to notice Ninja Gull's trace. She immediately put her palm to her mouth and made a series of "Waou~Waou~" sounds.
After hearing the voice, Ninja Gull decisively leaned forward and landed on Terumi Mei's arm.
Kaito and the others noticed the situation here, immediately stopped talking and moved closer to Mei.
"What information?"
Seeing that Terumi Mei had already taken a small scroll from Ninja Gull's leg, Kaito hurried forward to ask.
Because on the battlefield, this kind of Ninja Gull is usually only used to transmit information to the team carrying out the mission when the situation is extremely urgent.
After all, the Ninja Gull cannot clearly lock onto a certain team, and this kind of flying ninja beast is not only easy to be intercepted by enemy ninjas while transmitting information, but it may also expose the location of the front-line team.
And Kaito also noticed that there was not only one intelligence scroll on Ninja Gull's feet. There was only one possibility in this situation, that is, the front-line camp needed to pass this urgent intelligence to all the teams going out on missions as much as possible.
Mei naturally knew all this, and after taking the scroll, she immediately released Ninja Gull again.
Afterwards, the scroll was handed to Kaito. The few of them did not choose to stop to check the information, but quickly moved away from the original location.
Kaito was jumping among the trees while unfolding the scroll in his hand. The content on the scroll was not complicated, but it shocked him.
'All ninjas in the Land of Fire, abandon your current missions, gather your forces nearby, and attack the Konohagakure camp with all your might!'
After closing the scroll with a grim look on his face, Kaito reminded several teammates who were still looking for a hidden place.
"Stop for a moment, the mission has changed."
Everyone immediately gathered again under a relatively dense canopy of trees.
"What's going on?"
Kaito did not speak immediately, but shared the intelligence scroll with a few people for review.
Just as a few people were discussing what to do next, in the distance, orange and red flares rose up from different corners of the Land of Fire's border and exploded in the air one after another.
"It's the assembly signal!"
Red is the signal from the front-line commander, and orange is the secondary assembly signal sent by individual jonin in case there is no commander in the surrounding area.
Kaito saw a red flare launching into the air not too far from them and gave the order decisively.
"Let's go this direction."
Land of Whirlpool, the frontline camp of the Kirigakure Village.
"Water Style: Water Collapse Bomb"
A huge water ball quickly formed at the front end of the iron hook and then exploded immediately.
The thrust generated by the powerful explosion directly overturned a giant snake that opened its mouth to bite Yagura, and the giant snake's head was also blown into pieces by the water ball.
Karatachi Yagura leaped back and flicked away several poisonous snakes that were shooting at him. After taking a short breath, he stared at Orochimaru opposite him.
Then he shifted his gaze to the staff group jonin who was standing respectfully behind Orochimaru, wearing a Kirigakure forehead protector. He was the one who had previously given the overall suggestion on infiltrating Konohagakure.
"Orochimaru-sama is very resourceful, so the spy from before was just a cover?"
Upon hearing this, Orochimaru did not rush forward to attack, but replied with a playful smile.
"A cover? Yagura-sama, you are underestimating the Wandering Miko."
As he spoke, Orochimaru reached out and gently wiped the face of the man next to him, and the man's face slowly fell off like a snake shedding its skin.
Who else could it be but Yakushi Nono?
Yagura was also shocked by Orochimaru's strange face-changing Jutsu. He didn't expect that Konohagakure actually had this kind of face-changing method.
However, as the highest commander on the front line, Yagura quickly calmed down and continued to test the opponent.
"So your goal is to leave our camp empty and launch a surprise attack?"
"Since Kirigakure has chosen to radically disperse its forces, it will naturally have to pay some price."
After Orochimaru finished speaking, he licked his dry lips with his tongue and looked around.
At this moment, the Kirigakure camp was filled with flames and the sounds of weapons clashing, and countless Konohagakure and Kirigakure ninjas were fighting each other.
It is an indisputable fact that Konohagakure did not deploy as many troops as Kirigakure in the battlefields of Land of Fire and Water.
After all, Konohagakure Village not only has to deal with Kirigakure and Sunagakure Village, but also has to leave enough troops to guard against Iwagakure and Kumogakure that may attack at any time.
So Orochimaru started by annihilating the enemy's perception forces, then showed a series of weaknesses within the Land of Fire, and then used spies to guide the Kirigakure Village to disperse its forces into the Land of Fire.
Finally, before the battle began, he consumed a large amount of chakra and released a huge "Manda" to attack the Mist Ninja in advance.
After making so many preparations and actions, what Orochimaru wanted was an opportunity to defeat the Kirigakure forces with superior forces in a short-term local confrontation.
What Orochimaru wanted was, after annihilating the ninjas in the camp with superior forces, to intercept and kill the Kirigakure Ninja Troops in the Land of Fire who had lost unified command and were forced to rush back for rescue.
The important thing is to eliminate the Kirigakure Village from the Great Ninja War through this battle.
