Ao naturally wouldn't know.
Namikaze Minato, who had completed his mission, left his student Flying Thunder God and returned to Konohagakure Village early because of the village's call.
Put yourself in their shoes. Two students were fighting, and as a jōnin, you hid aside to train your students and didn't take action. Then there were only two young men on the other side. Was their jōnin-sensei also watching from the side?
In this situation, Ao, as a perception ninja, could not detect the opponent's trace, and naturally would not rashly attack the two Konohagakure boys.
After understanding what happened, Kaito guessed what Ao was thinking, but he did not feel happy or regretful.
Although he is still very weak at the moment, being familiar with the plot will be a great help.
However, the plot of "Obito's death" is probably going to happen in two or three years, so after careful consideration, Kaito is no longer concerned about the other party's life or death.
After tying up Kujaku, the four of them simply cleaned up the battlefields on both sides.
The main purpose was to eliminate the more obvious traces of Kirigakure-style battles, but after all, there were still Konohagakure ninjas who left alive, so there was no need to hide it too much.
The four of them gathered in the strange temple, and Ao was thinking of using these two captives to teach his three students some interrogation techniques.
Unexpectedly, the female ninja named Kujaku didn't give him the chance at all and told him everything directly.
The so-called "Four Celestial Symbols Men" is a craftsman's workshop that has been passed down from thousands of years ago to the present day.
Their ancestor Seimei left behind a scroll that was said to be able to resurrect people through four unique ninja tools.
However, because the time was too long, the previous descendants of "Four Celestial Symbols Men" only regarded this matter as a legend, and it was gradually forgotten in the corner.
Until now, 'Four Celestial Symbols Men' has gradually declined.
When he was young, Hoki accidentally discovered this scroll that recorded the legendary resurrection of his ancestors, and he believed in it without a doubt.
He hopes to unify the ninja world by reviving the invincible ancestor Seimei.
From then on, Hoki devoted himself to studying the contents of the scroll, and raised funds to purchase materials by cheating and deceiving people.
In the end, he actually managed to create one of the ninja tools recorded in the scroll, the 'Black Sword Fire Sword', and it was at this time that Kujaku joined Hoki's plan.
However, Kujaku's goal is not to revive her ancestor Seimei, and her words show disdain for Hoki's ideal of unifying the ninja world.
Kujaku simply witnessed the power of the legendary ninja tools and wanted to use them to benefit herself.
Afterwards, Hoki used Kujaku's power in the village to embezzle a lot of materials. The two of them worked together again to create the "Weaknessless Soaring Shortswords" and Hoki gave them to Kujaku for use.
Unfortunately, although the first two ninja tools control fire and wind respectively, they still have many similarities. However, the latter two ninja tools are completely different from the previous forging techniques. The two spent a lot of time and materials but were unable to create a finished product.
Not to mention that Hoki's desire to resurrect his ancestors requires more than just creating four ninja tools. He also needs to forge a container for extracting chakra and the complex formation required for the final resurrection.
Finally, the two of them who were desperate decided to rely on the combat power brought by the ninja tools to directly control the leader of the Takumi Village, who was also the person with the most superb forging skills in the Takumi Village, to help them continue to study the scroll.
At the same time, the two of them also collected funds and various rare materials by smuggling ninja tools to various countries to continue their plan.
The four of them looked at each other in confusion after listening to Kujaku's story as if they were listening to a story.
Looking at the black sword that Ao was holding in his hand, Zabuza asked in disbelief.
"Can this thing really resurrect the dead?"
"It should be just a legend, right?"
Terumi Mei answered hesitantly. She really couldn't imagine what the connection was between this fire-breathing sword and resurrection.
However, Kaito who was standing by knew that more than ten years later, Hoki really accomplished the great task of resurrecting his ancestor through the four ninja tools and the 'Four Celestial Symbols Men' he formed.
Unfortunately, their ancestor Seimei, whom they had worked so hard to resurrect, was too weak. As soon as he appeared, he was easily killed by Gaara, who had not yet become the Kazekage.
And it is not known whether Hoki was deceived by the leader of the Takumi Village. In the so-called resurrection of the ancestors, the first life to be sacrificed was Hoki's own life.
"Ao-sensei, what about the smuggling thing?"
"No need. You asked Blue to inform me before. After I confirmed that there were no ninjas in the workshop, I used illusion to hypnotize everyone and found their transaction ledger."
Well, although Ao is not a jōnin who is proficient in illusion, he definitely knows one or two simple illusions that can control ordinary people.
Facing an ordinary workshop without any ninja defenses, he can search it however he wants.
"But it would be a trouble if these two stayed in the Takumi Ninja Village, so we should bring them back to the village."
No one had any objection to Ao's decision.
But Zabuza asked at an inappropriate time.
"Ao-sensei, which clan is behind the smuggling and pirate operations?"
Hearing Zabuza asking a question at this time, Kaito wanted to fly up and cover his mouth.
He didn't want to know anything about topics related to internal struggles in the village.
After all, what he needs now is enough time to develop peacefully. It is troublesome enough to come out to carry out such a mission. Other matters should be left to the village leaders to handle.
Fortunately, Ao probably didn't want his students to be too involved in these darker things, so he didn't answer Zabuza's question.
"We can't confirm it completely just by looking at the account book. Our mission goal has been accomplished. Let the rest be handled by the Jōnin Yagura."
Hearing Ao's answer, it was estimated that there was more than one Kirigakure clan involved in smuggling with Hoki and his gang.
However, judging from what Kujaku said just now, the account book must also include evidence of smuggling by some forces in the other four great ninja villages.
If this is true, then the role of this ledger will undoubtedly be infinitely elevated.
Now that the matter has been completely resolved, Ao decided to return to the Kirigakure Village as soon as possible.
As for this strange temple, after listening to Kujaku's story, everyone already knew that this was the tomb of Seimei, the ancestor of the Takumi Village.
Unfortunately, none of the four of them knew any advanced sealing techniques, and they were afraid that destroying it directly would lead to some bad consequences. They could only ignore it and wait until they returned to the village to see if the village would send a sealing team to deal with the matter.
"Ao-sensei, have you forgotten something?"
"What?"
After being reminded by Kaito, Ao actually looked at his student with a puzzled look.
"Our mission!"
"Mission? Ah! Shimotsuki-san!"
Only then did Ao finally remember that the target of the mission they were supposed to escort this time was Shimotsuki Ichiro, who he had left at Four Celestial Symbols Men.
At this moment, Shimotsuki Ichiro was sitting in the Four Celestial Symbols Men Workshop.
Looking at the staff of Four Celestial Symbols Men lying on the ground, hypnotized by the illusion, it was difficult to know whether to leave or stay.
I sighed silently in my heart.
"I will never agree to help with this shit again!"
