Kaito spilled a lot of blood in the air, drew an arc, and fell heavily to the ground, splashing a large amount of water.
The severe pain made him sober up a little.
Obake thought that his sneak attack would directly cut the little devil in half, but he didn't expect the opponent to be so sharp and actually prepared in advance.
But now that the other party was seriously injured, he naturally didn't want to let this devil go. He jumped out from the ground and immediately sprinted forward as soon as he landed on the ground.
At this moment, a sharp short sword tore through the air and suddenly appeared in front of Obake.
Obake subconsciously stopped and knocked the short sword in front of him away.
Looking closely, it was Zabuza who had already dealt with Yukiba ,who had one arm and came to support his teammates.
Obake's eyes immediately turned red with anger. Although he and Yukiba had just an average relationship, after all, they were both sent to manage this gang of pirates at the same time and had been together on the same ship for several years.
He may not care about the lives of other pirates, but Yukiba is different.
Obake took a look at Kaito who was lying on the ground in the distance, gave up chasing him, and turned to rush towards Zabuza.
In fact, Zabuza was not having a good time at this time.
Although the pirate named Yukiba had his arm cut by his sneak attack, he was also a Chūnin who was good at Kenjutsu, and other pirates made sneak attacks from time to time, which put Zabuza in a difficult battle.
Fortunately, the opponent's right arm was cut, so he could not form hand seals to perform ninjutsu, and the power of his left hand sword was also greatly reduced. In the end, Zabuza was able to kill him with only minor injuries.
Seeing Obake rushing towards him with anger, even a stubborn man like him didn't dare to fight and dodged the opponent's attack in a panic.
On the other side, Kaito, who had come to his senses, finally had the chance to check his injuries.
There was a nearly 20-centimeter wound on the chest, deep enough to see the bone, and blood had completely soaked the front of the shirt.
For the first time, he felt the shadow of death so close to him. However, the strongest emotion in Kaito's heart was not fear, but a strong anger and desire for destruction.
At this moment, he only wants revenge and to destroy everything that threatens his life!
Just after dealing with the pirate minions, Blue saw his master was injured, so he hurried over, picked up Kaito's ninja tool bag and began to look for medicine.
Seeing this, Kaito ignored the pain in his body, grabbed some ointment and smeared it randomly to stop the bleeding in his chest, then took out a few military rations pills and threw them into his mouth.
Without even using a healing jutsu on himself, he stood up again and rushed towards the enemy.
Although Kaito was extremely angry at this time, his mind was surprisingly clear. While running, he calculated his remaining chakra and quickly thought about how to win under the current conditions.
Then he quickly formed seals with his hands, and a water clone immediately emerged from the water and stood beside him.
Kaito did not stop, and threw several shurikens forward together with his clones.
"Blue, water gun, full force."
"Oh! (▼盘子▼)===3"
A high-speed rotating stream of water came out from the mouth of Blue, who was lying on his back, and carried the shurikens with it, flying towards Obake at a faster speed.
It was not until this time that Obake noticed that the little devil, who he thought was seriously injured and dying, actually stood up.
However, he did not panic. He nimbly turned sideways, preparing to avoid the water column attack. At the same time, he did not forget to kick Zabuza who was trying to launch a sneak attack.
However, this attack is not that simple.
These shurikens were carried forward at high speed by the water column. Due to the rotation of the water flow itself, they were thrown out of the water column during flight and scattered around the water column like satellites.
In an instant, the monotonous straight-line attack turned into a range attack.
Seeing this change, Obake still did not panic. He jumped up again and dodged all the shuriken attacks with his extremely strange posture.
Just at this moment, a delicate cry came from a distance.
"Water Style: Water Whip"
A long whip made of water came from a distance and instantly entangled Obake in mid-air.
It was Mei who came to help out with her injured calf without anyone noticing.
Kaito's eyes immediately lit up, but he continued to give orders.
"Blue, use bubbles."
Then, the little frog began to frantically tear off the bubble on his neck and threw it at Obake entangled by the water whip.
The sticky 'bubble' instantly covered Obake's entire body, firmly restricting his movements.
After seeing that the enemy was finally controlled, Kaito did not hesitate and quietly hid behind his own water clone.
Obake, knowing that he was in danger, roared ferociously.
"Don't underestimate me, little devils!"
Although his body was restricted, causing the scimitar in his hand to have no suitable attack angle, Obake still forcibly twisted his wrist and activated the chakra wind blade.
The blue-green blade light emerged from the scimitar again, instantly cutting off Mei's water whip, and the remaining force swept away some of the sticky bubbles.
However, due to the angle, Obake himself was also cut.
Obake, whose restrictions were partially lifted, threw the scimitar in his hand towards Kaito regardless of his injuries.
“Pah~”
The water clone blocking Kaito's main body exploded into a ball of water, but Obake seemed to have anticipated it and roared angrily as if to vent his anger.
"Water clone! I knew about it a long time ago!!"
After throwing out the scimitar, Obake immediately began to form hand seals, preparing to use ninjutsu to defeat this clever little devil head-on.
However, after the water clone exploded, what awaited him was not Kaito who came forward for a close attack.
A clear voice suddenly came from the sky directly in front of Obake.
"You guessed it! Then! Go to hell!!"
At this moment, Kaito's body jumped high, holding a giant crystal clear water shuriken in his right hand, shining brightly in the morning sun.
The water clone that exploded in front also turned into several streams of water and merged into the water shuriken, causing its size to further expand.
Kaito had already accumulated enough power, and he was like a fully drawn longbow.
"Water Style: Water Shuriken!!"
Kaito roared and tensed his body and swung his arms vigorously.
This shuriken was infused with all of his chakra, and also absorbed a large amount of water in the environment. Finally, it was enhanced with the attack power of the [Torrent] ability, and it flew out of his hand in an instant.
It cut through the air at a speed almost invisible to the naked eye, and flew towards Obake with a violent spin.
“Squeak—squeak—boom—”
Because the attack distance was too close and Kaito was in the air, the Water Shuriken hit the ground immediately after it cut through Obake.
Immediately, a huge column of water exploded on the water surface which was about to recede.
The impact of the explosion directly blew away Kaito, who was closest to him, and Zabuza, who was holding a kunai and preparing to launch a sneak attack.
"Bang~" x2
Two sounds of landing were heard in succession.
Mei, who came rushing over from a distance, first took a look at Obake who was already dead, then dragged her injured leg to the two of them.
"Is it over?"
Kaito and Zabuza, who were lying motionless on the ground, both turned their gazes to Mei.
"Well, it's over."
