Picking up the scroll on the ground, Kenji canceled the Transformation Jutsu and changed back from Ryosuke's appearance to his own self.
That's right, the 'Kenji' and 'Ryosuke' just now were both fake.
In order to make Furukawa let down his guard, the two of them used Transformation Jutsu to exchange identities before appearing.
Only in this way can they successfully snatch the scroll from Furukawa.
However, what Kenji did not expect was that Furukawa, who had been fighting wits and courage with them, was actually fake.
Just a shadow clone was enough to fool them around, which gave Kenji a clearer understanding of the strength of the jōnin.
Pah pah pah~
Just then, a burst of applause came from far away.
The three looked in the direction of the sound and saw Furukawa leisurely walking out from the woods.
"Furukawa-sensei!" ×2
Ryosuke and Mizutani Shizuko, who had just recovered from their shock, saw the person coming and quickly greeted him.
Furukawa nodded to them, then looked at Kenji and said, "You didn't hesitate at all when you attacked just now. Aren't you afraid of hurting me?"
Hearing this, Kenji shook his head and replied: "Furukawa-sensei is a jōnin. Such an attack cannot really hurt you. If we are not determined to kill you, there is no way we can take the scroll from you."
"good!"
Furukawa nodded in satisfaction, then said to the other two: "You guys are not bad either!"
"Sensei, do you think we have passed the test?"
Ryosuke, who had recovered from his shock, asked anxiously.
"Yes."
Hearing this, Furukawa smiled and replied, "Congratulations, you don't have to go back to school to retake the course."
"Yeah!"
Ryosuke shouted excitedly when he heard that.
Mizutani Shizuko standing by also showed an excited expression.
Only Kenji still had that serious look on his face.
After everyone got over their excitement, Furukawa spoke again: "To celebrate the establishment of Team 17, Sensei will treat you to a barbecue."
Hearing this news, Ryosuke became even more excited.
Even Kenji's mouth curled up into a smile.
Because he had almost vomited from eating so many Military Rations Pills over the past period of time.
Although he would occasionally improve his meals, they were never as delicious as barbecue, and he was reluctant to spend money on it before.
Now that he can have a meal openly, he is naturally very happy.
······
Afternoon.
Uchiha clan land.
Kenji returned home and recalled Furukawa's painful expression just now, and couldn't help but want to laugh.
However, these are trivial matters.
Having 'wasted' the entire morning, it's time to hurry up and complete today's practice plan.
At this stage, as the 'Chakra Refining Jutsu' cannot break through level 2, and his physical strength and spiritual strength attributes remain the same, the maximum amount of chakra he can use every day is 2400~2500 points.
Among them, he planned to use two thousand points on the practice of "Heart-Reflecting Jutsu".
In this way, the 'Heart-Reflecting Jutsu' can gain ten points of proficiency every day, and his Sharingan awakening progress will also increase by one point.
In this way, within half a month, his Sharingan awakening progress will reach (70/100).
As for later.
That requires further planning.
Because by then, his 'Heart-Reflecting Jutsu' will be upgraded to level 2.
At that time, the chakra consumed for each cast may change, and the effect of promoting the awakening of the Sharingan will also change.
As a result, plans will naturally change.
However…
"Gather in front of the Hokage building at nine o'clock tomorrow morning. We will officially start accepting missions."
Thinking of what Furukawa said when they just separated, Kenji couldn't help but frown.
Just as he thought, the village did not plan to send these newbies to the battlefield immediately, but they would not let them sit idle either.
In the next period of time, they will most likely have to perform tasks like previous students, such as finding cats and dogs, picking up trash, and taking care of children.
Although this was to familiarize them with the mission procedures and let them adapt to the life of a ninja, it was undoubtedly a waste of time.
If he wants to make the most of chakra, he must ensure more than ten hours of meditation every day to refine chakra.
Obviously, the two are contradictory.
It takes time to carry out tasks, and it also takes time to practice. There are only twenty-four hours in a day, and apart from eating, drinking, defecating, urinating and resting, there is not much time left.
So, he had to find a way to resolve this conflict.
After pondering for a long time, Kenji roughly thought of three ways.
One is to increase the speed at which the body can restore chakra on its own.
This requires improving physical strength and spiritual strength attributes. There is no hope in the short term, so it can be abandoned temporarily.
The second is to increase the amount of chakra actively restored per unit time.
This requires raising the level of the 'Chakra Refining Jutsu', but upgrading the 'Chakra Refining Jutsu' from level 2 to level 3 requires five hundred points of proficiency.
Now, its proficiency level is less than seventy.
Even if he meditates to the maximum extent for twelve hours a day and increases proficiency by twelve points, it will still take more than a month.
There is no hope in the short term either.
So it can only be postponed temporarily.
Then, there is only the third option left.
······
The next day, afternoon.
Led by Furukawa, Kenji and his two companions, each carrying a basket, picked up garbage from a river on the edge of the village.
During this time, Ryosuke complained from time to time.
Kenji waded through the river, moving forward carefully while bending down to pick up the garbage.
If someone looks closely, they can see that his feet are not touching the river bottom, and his whole body is just moving forward in the water.
A few minutes later.
Proficiency +1!
Chakra control: lv0 (60/100) → lv0 (61/100)!
That’s right, this is the third method Kenji thought of.
That is, improve the control of chakra to reduce the chakra required to practice ninjutsu.
For a ninja, the amount of chakra required to perform each ninjutsu is different. Mobilizing too much or too little chakra may cause the ninjutsu to fail.
Even if there is no failure, it may result in a waste of chakra.
Therefore, how to accurately control chakra is a problem that every ninja needs to consider.
After continuous exploration, the ninja world has formed a set of effective training methods, which are climbing trees and treading water.
For a ninja, it is most difficult to gather chakra on the soles of the feet, and the amount of chakra required to climb trees and tread water is very delicate.
If there is even the slightest mistake, there will be failure.
Therefore, as long as someone practices these two training methods well, they can basically master their own chakra.
And this is what Kenji is doing.
"Panel!"
With a thought, Kenji summoned the proficiency panel.
A familiar light blue screen appeared, filling his vision:
[Name: Uchiha Kenji
Age: 10
Physical Strength: 6
Spiritual Strength: 7
Chakra: 215 /862→910
Bloodline: Sharingan: Unawakened (57/100) → (58/100)
Skill: Chakra Refining Jutsu: Lv2 (69/500) → Lv2 (81/500)
Clone Jutsu: Lv2 (1/500)
Transformation Jutsu: Lv2 (1/500)
Substitution Jutsu: Lv2 (1/500)
Fire Style: Great Fireball Jutsu: Lv1 (1/200)
Heart-Reflection Jutsu: Lv1 (65/200) → Lv1 (77/200)
Basic Taijutsu: lv2 (1/500)
Shurikenjutsu: Lv2 (120/500)
*Chakra Control: Lv0 (61/100)]
Practicing chakra control does not require consuming too much chakra, nor does it require setting aside separate time to practice.
So, Kenji quickly upgraded it to lv0 (61/100).
At this time, if he performs the same ninjutsu again, the chakra he consumes can be reduced by about 3%.
Even though it is only a small amount, it should not be underestimated when it accumulates over time.
What's more, with continuous practice, his 'chakra control' will gradually upgrade, and the effect will also increase.
With the same amount of chakra, if he can perform more ninjutsu, wouldn't that solve the problem of lack of time in disguise?
The only thing that might be affected is probably the proficiency in 'Chakra Refining Jutsu'.
However, his focus is not on this now, so it doesn't matter if it will take more time.
