Naruto proficiency chapter 25

Leisurely time always passes quickly.
In the blink of an eye, a morning passed.
The three of them went their separate ways after lunch.
Kenji did not waste any time, went straight back home, and started practicing without stopping.
In the past half month, he was delayed for a while because he left the village to carry out a C-level mission, so the 'Chakra Refining Jutsu' that should have been upgraded a few days ago has only reached level 2 (495/500) until now.
Fortunately, it will be upgraded soon.
According to the current progress, he should be able to advance before dark.
Thinking of this, Kenji closed his eyes and started training.
In the blink of an eye, several hours passed.
The sun is setting in the sky.
Indoor.
Kenji suddenly opened his eyes, and a sense of Understanding
emerged in his mind.
After a long while, he said to himself, "Is it finally level 3?"
After saying this, he closed his eyes again and began to refine his chakra.
An hour later.
Kenji opened his eyes and called out, "Panel!"
The next moment, a familiar light blue screen appeared:

Chakra Control: Lv3 (78/1000)]
Just as he realized just now, the effect of the 'Chakra Refining Jutsu' that was promoted to level 3 was further enhanced.
Among them, the chakra recovery speed has increased from 200 points per hour to 400 points now, and the upper limit of chakra that can be increased during this period should have increased from 4 points to 8 points.
The reason why he was unsure was that his chakra limit had reached 2,500 points a week ago and it hadn't moved much since then.
The next ten points were increased automatically as time went by.
Therefore, the level 3 'Chakra Refining Jutsu' can increase the chakra limit by eight points every hour is just his estimate.
However, a vague feeling told Kenji that this number should be correct.
But it didn't help.
His potential had been exhausted a week ago. Without improving his aptitude, the growth of his chakra would only be achieved through hard work.
This cannot be solved by upgrading the 'Chakra Refining Jutsu'. The two are not on the same channel at all.
In other words, the current 'Chakra Refining Jutsu' has only one effect for him, which is to quickly restore chakra.
Of course, he can continue to improve his proficiency.
If he could raise his level to a higher level, when the Sharingan awakens one day, his aptitude will be improved, and he will be able to realize his new potential more quickly.
However, Kenji estimated that he would not be able to wait until that day.
It’s not that there is not enough time, but he estimated that his Sharingan should be able to awaken before its level is increased.
After all, to upgrade the 'Chakra Refining Jutsu' from level 3 to level 4, it requires a full 1,000 points of proficiency.
At the rate at which proficiency increases by one point per hour, that would take a thousand hours.
But with his current physical condition and adequate nutrition, he can only last for eight hours a day at most.
One thousand divided by eight equals one hundred and twenty-five.
That is four months.
After such a long time, how come his Sharingan will not be awakened?
Even though his Sharingan's awakening progress has only increased by four points in the past half month, from (81/100) to (85/100).
It seems to be totally inconsistent with the 150 points of proficiency added by the 'Heart-Reflecting Jutsu'.
But it is undeniable that it is one step closer to awakening.
As his 'Chakra Refining Jutsu' was upgraded to level 3, the maximum amount of chakra he could use every day also increased.
Before, it was around 2400~2500 points, but now it has become around 3500 points.
If 3,000 points were used to practice the 'Heart-Reflecting Jutsu'.
Combined with the 15% chakra reduction brought by level 3 'Chakra Control', the proficiency of 'Heart-Reflecting Jutsu' can be increased by 17~18 points every day.
In this way, the awakening progress of his Sharingan will inevitably be accelerated.
That's why Kenji said that the Sharingan can be awakened in four months.
Even four months is a huge overestimate.
According to this plan, it will take less than two weeks for his "Heart-Reflecting Jutsu" to be upgraded to level 3, and the effect will definitely be greatly enhanced by then.
In this way, the speed of his Sharingan awakening will definitely be far beyond his expectations.
Forcing himself to suppress the restlessness in his heart, Kenji shifted his gaze away from the awakening level of the Sharingan and looked at other skills.
Although these skills were not his main focus, he made good progress by taking time to practice them, such as the Three Body Jutsu.
Their proficiency has reached lv2 (400/500) or above.
If, as he expected, these E-level basic ninjutsu are at level 3, which is the maximum level, then they are not far off.
By then, he might be able to learn another ninjutsu.
As for what to learn?
Kenji probably had an idea as well.
He doesn't need offensive ninjutsu for the time being, but he can use the Fire Style: Great Fireball Jutsu for now, and he will have the support of the Sharingan later, so he has no shortage of means of attack.
As for the defense, There are no proper defensive ninjutsu in the ninja world, so they can only find ways to escape in disguised form.
Then, the Instant Teleportation Jutsu came into his sight.
In the ninja world, Instant Teleportation Jutsu can be roughly divided into three categories.
One is the ninjutsu type, like Gaara's Sand Body Flicker, Zabuza's Mist Body Flicker, Hanzo's Water Body Flicker, and the most widely circulated D-level ninjutsu in the ninja world - Body Flicker Jutsu, etc. These all achieve Instant Teleportation through the effects of ninjutsu.
The second is Taijutsu. This type achieves the purpose of Instant Teleportation by strengthening the ninja's leg muscles.
Among them, the more representative ones are Might Guy and the Fourth Raikage.
As for the third category.
That is the Instant Teleportation represented by Flying Thunder God, which is a method of direct space transfer.
Compared to the first two which are not worthy of their names - they just speed up the movement speed through various means, the latter is undoubtedly closer to the concept of teleportation.
However, Kenji's target is not the Flying Thunder God Jutsu.
It’s not that he doesn’t want to, or that he’s worried that he won’t be able to learn it.
With the proficiency panel, as long as there are no special requirements, he can force himself to learn any ninjutsu through hard work.
The Flying Thunder God Jutsu falls into this category.
So, in theory, as long as he gets the practice method of Flying Thunder God Jutsu, he will be able to learn it.
But the problem is, he can't get it!
If it was a ninjutsu from the clan, he could still think of a way, but the Flying Thunder God Jutsu was an S-level ninjutsu recorded in the Scroll of Seals.
He is just a Genin, how could he have a chance to get it?
After all, he is not Naruto, and no one paves the way for him.
Therefore, what he was going to learn was actually the common D-rank ninjutsu - Body Flicker Jutsu.
It just so happens that he can use this technique to transition.
Once his strength improves, he will have more choices.
After pondering for a while, Kenji turned his attention to 'Basic Taijutsu' and 'Shurikenjutsu'.
The former's proficiency has reached level 2 (450/500) and it won't be long before it is upgraded to next level, while the latter has already upgraded from level 2 to level 3.
Unfortunately, after being promoted to lv3 (1/1000), its proficiency level got stuck.
Kenji had anticipated this.
Without the coordination of the Sharingan, the limit of 'Shurikenjutsu' is here.
"I still need the Sharingan!"
With a sigh, Kenji closed the panel and began to improve his proficiency in the 'Heart-Reflecting Jutsu'.
