The Land of Mountains is the strategic point between the Land of Rain and the Land of Grass.
This is related to the future layout.
Kumokawa plans to use it as a springboard to annex the Land of Grass, and he must take it down.
Not only that, the Land of Waterfall and the Land of Bear further away that they have to face on this trip are also goals that Kumokawa must tackle in the future.
Land of Waterfall is the most difficult one to tackle. It is a small Land with a tailed beast and its terrain is easy to defend but difficult to attack. Even the five major countries would be scratching their heads about it.
Therefore, this trip is not only to take over Kagerogakure Village and the Land of Mountains, but also to drive a nail into the flesh and blood of Takigakure Village.
After annexing these areas, he would take advantage of the war to attract enough people, and his purpose would be difficult to conceal...
"No."
Thinking of the increasing number of spies inside City of Dawn, Kumokawa shook his head and thought, "The Five Great Nations have been rooted in the ninja world for too long, and their intelligence network should not be underestimated."
"It is estimated that in this process, the five major powers will target us."
However, by the time they discover it, it will already be too late.
As long as we unite these small countries around the Land of Rain with the Land of Rain as the center, and then cut a piece of meat from the Land of Wind, the Land of Earth, and the Land of Fire respectively, we will have a size comparable to the five major countries and be able to be called a major country.
In this way, even if they want to deal with it, they will be powerless.
As long as the five major countries cannot establish trust among each other, they will be wary of each other and can only issue verbal warnings and threats or impose commercial competition blockades, which will not cause any trouble for us.
This plan, named "Back Garden Plan" by Kumokawa, will be completed within the next five years at the latest.
——"Make friends far away and attack those near, sow discord and divide, devour and nibble away, and advance cautiously step by step."
Gather the elites from all over the world, expand internal strength, build organizational structures, unify internally, each perform their duties, and follow command in all actions.
Establish the highest goal, formulate a common program, improve the line of action, adjust the economic structure, strive for self-sufficiency, continue to focus on developing domestic economic and military strength, and take the initiative when the opportunity arises.
"Kumokawa-sama."
Yoru put the drink bottle on his pectoralis major, turned to look at Kumokawa and said respectfully: "I have a question, I don't know if I should ask."
"Um?"
Unexpectedly, this subordinate who never liked to use his brain would also think. Kumokawa collected his thoughts and subconsciously raised his eyebrows, jokingly said, "Since you have already said it, is there anything else you want to ask?"
Yoru scratched his head, hesitated for a moment, lowered his head and asked: "Why don't you turn the people of Kagero Village into our kind and directly use 'blood' to forcibly control their life and death, instead of going through so much trouble like you are doing now?"
"As long as you make them 'demons', their life and death will only depend on your decision. If there are any dissenters or resistance, just crush them to death. The final effect should be the same."
Hearing this, Yahiko, who was trying to imitate Yoru, stopped placing the drink bottle on his chest, and looked at Yoru, who had a plain and respectful face, with slightly trembling pupils.
At this moment, from this short sentence, he could see some of the essence through the seemingly ordinary skin, and smell the cruelty and violence that originated from the depths of flesh and blood.
The only reason He can now enjoy the hot springs here with Yoru safely here is just because they both belong to Kumokawa side.
When facing other people, the nature of the "demon" is still cold and cruel.
When Yahiko felt cold in his heart, Yoru seemed to feel that his words were too much. He lowered his head lower and explained in a panic: "I'm very sorry, Kumokawa-sama, I was too talkative. I... …”
"Because that would be too boring."
Before Yoru could finish his words in fear, Kumokawa interrupted him. he just smiled and said, "That kind of world is too boring."
Idealists consider that if people understand each other, conflicts will naturally be eliminated. For example, Jiraiya has great dreams but lacks power, so he can only place his hopes on the illusory Child of Prophecy.
Realists consider using overwhelming force to end disputes. For example, Sasuke wants to rely on overwhelming force to settle the past, establish a new order, unify the ninja world, and control the entire ninja world by himself.
And between the idealists and the realists is Hashirama Senju, who expects everyone to understand each other, but does not fantasize that everyone can do it. He just wants each generation to do its own thing and use overwhelming power to end the chaos and establish a new order.
Although his descendants were not as ambitious as he had hoped and various wars were still launched after his death, it was still better than the Sengoku Era when almost all children went to the battlefield at the age of five or six and the average age was less than thirty years old.
Of course, this is for the big countries, but the small countries that became victims had an even harder time than during the Sengoku Era.
When the five war machines collided, the only one whose flesh and blood was crushed was the small Land sandwiched in between.
Naruto is the one who has the ideas of an idealist but does the things of a realist. He wants people to understand and forgive each other and to end the endless hatred between countries.
But even though he knelt on the ground and begged the Fourth Raikage not to execute Sasuke who kidnapped Killer Bee, and said arrogantly in a pleading tone that he did not want the Kumogakure and Konohagakure to fight each other because of Sasuke, he was still speechless by the Fourth Raikage's remarks, "It will not be too late for you to forgive me after I kill Sasuke."
The ultimate achievement of peace was only through overwhelming force, and the various hidden dangers in the ninja world were only suppressed but still existed.
Apart from the idealists and realists, there are terrorists like Madara and Obito. They want to use the Infinite Tsukuyomi to make everyone enter an illusionary world. Whether they will starve to death is not even considered. Once everyone dies, there will naturally be no more disputes.
Nagato is somewhere between realism and terrorism, wanting to use overwhelming force to achieve his own peace, but instead of wanting to establish order, he wants to destroy it.
Although it is not as extreme as killing all human beings in the world, he plans to kill tens of thousands of people first to liven up the atmosphere, let the world feel the pain, and usher in a brief peace. When the pain is over, he will kill tens of thousands more, and then there will be peace again.
It can be said that Yoru's thoughts coincide with Nagato's.
In this regard, Kumokawa can only say...
“Boring.”
Kumokawa leaned against the stone wall behind him, raised his hand to pillow the back of his head, and said boredly: "Just thinking about it, I feel that such a future is boring."
Really, why do these guys think he does these things??
Like other villains, when faced with questions from "righteous people", he would only ask back "How do you define evil?"
Then they say something like, "No, what I did was not evil. This is my belief and my goal. What I represent is justice. My pursuit is truly great. My efforts are truly important."
But Kumokawa's desires and malice are simple and pure.
Whether it remains unchanged as before, or as still as stagnant water, it will only make Kumokawa feel extremely bored.
He is not for any peace, nor is he interested in bringing happiness and well-being, or becoming a savior in the eyes of others.
He just thought it was fun to be enemies with the five major countries, just thought it was fun to shatter the unchanging future, just thought it was fun to overturn the chess game between the Six Paths Sage and the old toad, and just thought it was fun to watch a brand new ninja world appear in his hands.
I am doing it just to please myself.
Unfortunately, no one can see his true nature.
"Boss, you..." Yahiko looked at Kumokawa in confusion, as he seemed to have changed.
But Kumokawa ignored it and just let his consciousness sink into his mind.

"Oh."
Kumokawa withdrew his consciousness from his mind, took off the towel covering his face, looked at the bright night sky and chuckled, "It seems that our actors are in place."
It seems that Danzo is bound to take the blame.
