Knock knock.
There was a knock on the bathhouse door.
Kumokawa collected his thoughts and said calmly, "The door is not locked, come in."
As soon as the words fell, the door was pulled open.
Yahiko, who was near the gate, yawned and subconsciously glanced at the figure who walked in, but suddenly his eyes widened and blurted out: "Uncle Yoru? Did you change your body?"
"Hmm? What's wrong?"
Facing Yahiko's suspicious gaze, Yoru walked in and looked down at himself with some confusion, but his view was blocked by his chest muscles.
At this moment, he no longer looked like the skinny ordinary uncle before, and his height was estimated to have grown to over two meters.
He was wearing a black yukata, with his bronze chest muscles revealed from under the collar, and his muscles made the loose yukata bulge out.
"Oh, you're talking about this."
He pointed at his pectoralis major and sneered, "This is my normal state. The previous state in the Land of Rain was because I forced my muscle density to be compressed."
Only then did Yahiko discover that the "Lower Moon" in his left eye had become "Upper Moon", and the "Three" in his right eye had become "Six".
——Upper Moon Six: Yoru.
Apparently, Kumokawa had given him "blood" again, allowing him to make further progress on his original basis.
"Lord Kumokawa, I..." Yoru bowed respectfully to the looming figure in the mist.
"Don't rush to report official business."
Just as he was about to say something, Kumokawa raised his hand to interrupt him, and waved his hand with a smile, saying: "I'm not a devil. Since we are here, let's talk while enjoying the hot spring. The Land of Rain doesn't have such conditions."
Hearing this, Yoru was stunned for a moment, but still responded "yes", took off his bathrobe and stepped into the hot spring. His tense body relaxed slightly, and the chill of the night was completely dispelled.
"Uncle Yoru." Yahiko pointed to the box behind him, "Can you help me get a bottle of juice?"
Yoru narrowed his eyes slightly, came back to his senses, and subconsciously looked in the direction of Kumokawa.
"You guys drink it." As if seeing through his thoughts, Kumokawa smiled before he could speak, "The juice from the Land of Mountains is too sweet. I don't like it very much."
"Hey, boss, you don't understand."
Yahiko took the juice from Yoru's hand, inserted the straw into the bottle and held it in his mouth, raised his hand to rest his head, shook his head with a look of self-admiration, and said vaguely: "Sure enough, the sweetness is just right."
But soon, the expression on his face froze.
Pop.
He saw Yoru, who was sitting opposite him, put the bottle in front of him, and with a crisp sound, he opened the lid with his chest muscles.
"Hey, hey, hey, that's too much. What kind of weird function is that?"
Yahiko couldn't help but complain, but looking at Yoru's figure, then looking down at his own thin figure, he muttered in a low voice: "Damn, I also want to use my pectoralis major muscles to open the bottle cap."
"You're a swordsman, so forget it."
Yoru couldn't help but smile bitterly and shook his head, then turned to look in the direction of Kumokawa, and said with envy: "Kumokawa-sama's figure is much more perfect than mine."
Kumokawa, who was inexplicably touched, just smiled.
Indeed, he is not a muscular man like Yoru. His body is more streamlined and obviously more mature than his peers. He does not look like a teenager at all.
Relatively speaking, his back muscles are more developed, and his chest muscles are not prominent, but they have lines and contours, because overly large chest muscles will affect speed.
The posterior chain of the leg muscles is strong, while the front chain is mainly based on explosive power and endurance of the body's own weight. The lines look like cast steel, with a sense of speed without affecting the range of motion of the joints.
The spindle-shaped muscles are trained only for killing, and each bundle is a rope to strangle the enemy's neck.
The reason why Yoru is like that is because his Blood Demon Art is to control the hardness and density of muscles, so he pursues strength and resistance to blows, and can even form a suit of muscle armor, a pure undead meat tank.
"Are you in trouble?" Kumokawa asked, looking at the few traces left on Yoru's body.
With Yoru's current physical strength and recovery speed, he is even more terrifying than Nagato in his normal state.
Of course, if Nagato uses Blood Demon Arts to absorb life force, then Yoru will not be able to compare.
Despite this, it is rare that an injury cannot be repaired overnight.
"Yes."
Yoru restrained his expression and frowned, saying, "The trap in Kagerō Village is too hidden and sophisticated. Even if I was very careful, half of my body was still blown apart by the trap."
Although he was not a "demon" like "Akatsuki" who specialized in hiding, he could at least control his breathing and heartbeat to the maximum extent to hide.
However, when he was about to approach Kagerō Village to investigate, he encountered densely packed chain traps. Even though he used Blood Demon Art to strengthen his muscles in time, his lower half of his body was blown to pieces.
If he wants to go deeper, he can only rely on his recovery ability.
But that would only alert the enemy.
"After all, it's a well-established ninja village, so it's not surprising that you were stopped." Kumokawa said calmly, not surprised at all, "But it seems that the leader of Kagerō Village has gone completely crazy after his wife and children were killed."
All I can say is that although Danzo's methods have no bottom line, they are indeed very brutal and effective.
The hatred for Konoha was instantly replaced by hatred for Takigakure Village.
"But this way, it's exactly what I want." Kumokawa muttered to himself thoughtfully.
The Land of Mountains, a small and unknown country.
As the name suggests, the terrain of this country is composed of mountains on the top and river valleys and basins below. The height difference is very obvious, and the terrain is rugged and easy to defend but difficult to attack. There are many water systems distributed here, which flow into the Land of River through the Land of Rain further south.
Looking from a high place, it looks like "folds" formed by the movement, compression and uplift of continental plates.
Because of this unique terrain, the country is home to a large number of large wild animals and no prosperous towns.
Settlements are either built on the hillsides or in ant nest-like structures on the edge of the basin.
Although it is called a "country", it is actually extremely loose and can be said to be non-aggressive.
Unfortunately, a strange thing appeared in this reclusive country.
The largest settlement is "Kagerō Village", located deep in the mountains of the Land of Mountains.
If the "Takumi Village" in the Land of Rivers is good at making and using ninja tools, then the "Kagero Village" is good at making and using explosive tags, and even developed a series of Techniques that can use terrain to set traps.
Just like the Takumi Village that supplies ninja tools, most of the explosive tags used by various countries are produced by Kagero Village.
Most of the villagers in Kagerō Village have hot tempers, and some would even rather die than surrender. If it weren't for Danzo's mischief, it would be basically impossible to recruit them under his command.
But now…
"I would also like to thank our friend Danzo for the great gift.” Kumokawa couldn't help but smile.
