"Boy, do you know who we are?"
The Sand Ninjas hiding in the dark came out one after another. Hiruko looked at the three people in front of him coldly and said vigilantly: "At this point, I am not afraid to tell you that I represent the Sand Ninja."
"So, do you know what immeasurable consequences your actions will bring to you?"
Having said that, Hiruko forced himself to suppress his anger and lowered his eyes slightly, looking gloomily at the blood-stained wooden box in front of him.
The right choice now is actually to evacuate.
When faced with a force whose information is completely opaque, the best strategy for him is to run away given his cautious character.
However, in this special period, a large amount of medicines and supplies are hard to come by.
So many people died in the war with Konoha that all the stockpiled supplies were consumed. The Sunagakure Village spent a lot of effort in finding medicines and supplies.
If today's deal falls through, it means that they will not be able to continue their offensive for a long time in the future, and the suppressed Konoha will get a chance to catch its breath.
As the main person in charge of this transaction, if he goes back empty-handed, he will definitely be punished and reprimanded by the village. He will also definitely bear this heavy blame and endure the strange looks of the Sunagakure Village residents.
He didn't want to retreat in such a frustrated manner.
so……
"It's not too late for you to regret now."
In order to complete this deal, Hiruko suppressed his violent murderous intent and threatened in a cold voice: "As long as you give me what I want, you can still take the money away, otherwise..."
"What else?" Kumokawa smiled as if he didn't understand.
"...Once your rule-breaking behavior of robbing others becomes known, no one will do business with you anymore."
Hiruko felt his blood rushing up, but he swallowed it down with frustration, and said in a cold tone: "If you attack us, you will be against the entire Sunagakure Village."
"You and your men will be hunted down endlessly. No matter where you flee, you will be..."
“Hahaha”
Before he could finish his words, Kumokawa suddenly laughed for no reason.
The laughter reached the ears of Hiruko through the air, and his face twitched suddenly as he was suppressing his anger.
"At this point, you don't still think that you are just an unlucky guy who got robbed by another gangster, do you?"
Kumokawa's casual words immediately made the face under the mask of Hiruko stiffen, and the possibility that he least wanted to think about came true.
——He met a madman.
The other party knew from the very beginning that the Sunagakure Village was standing behind him, but even so, the other party still dared to plot against them.
Or, in other words…
"It's you, the Sunagakure Village, that I'm robbing."
Kumokawa looked at Hiruko and Sand Ninjas with some amusement, but soon nodded thoughtfully and said, "However, what you said is also true. After all, we are merchants who value credibility. If we break the rules, it will be difficult to deal with it."
Hearing this, thinking that the other party was going to give in, Hiruko's mood fluctuated greatly, and a hint of a happiness appeared in his cold tone. He nodded and said, "Yes, that's it, so..."
"So, the goods have been given to you, but on your way back, you were robbed by Kumogakure ninjas disguised as pirates. What does this have to do with us?"
The smile on Kumokawa's face slowly faded, and he said calmly, "Don't worry, none of you can escape, and no one will know what happened today."
As the words fell, dozens of black shadows emerged from the dim shadows around the area that was covered with pale light from the lighthouse beam.
The dark shadows in black robes were silent and cold, and the heavy rain washed away their pale masks.
They bowed to Kumokawa, and the awe and respect that came from deep in their flesh and blood was transmitted and gathered among each other.
Within a few breaths, the entire lighthouse was surrounded, leaving no room for escape. No one could escape tonight.
His vertical pupils glowed scarlet, and even with his head lowered he was still staring at the Sand Ninjas who were surrounded in the middle, like a hyena staring at its prey.
"Go ahead." Kumokawa said with a smile, "Tear them into pieces."
In the dark rainy night, without the illumination of lightning, the black robes on the demons were the best protective color. They made no sound when they cut through the rain flow and launched their attacks.
"Ah!!"
The first scream rang out amid the sound of rain, and then gathered together, like the accompaniment of the devils' torture in Paradise Lost.
BANG!!
And the moment Kumokawa finished speaking, Hiruko several meters away also disappeared.
A large hole appeared on the ground, with cracks extending in all directions and dust flying everywhere.
Swish!!
It was like the sound of cold wind whistling, piercing the tranquility here.
No, that was the sharp sound of something sharp tearing through the air.
In front of Kumokawa, Hiruko appeared in an instant, and his pupils under the mask were filled with cold murderous intent.
The scorpion-like tail whip behind him stabbed out in less than a tenth of a second and almost instantly scratched Kumokawa's neck.
At the same time, the long sword in Yahiko's hand behind Kumokawa also drew a red arc.
But Hiruko ignored the sword that was slashing towards him, and it seemed that the only thing in his eyes was Kumokawa's hideous smile.
A ninja is someone who puts his head on his belt and licks the rusty edge of a knife with his tongue.
Even though he was always cautious, he didn't mind exchanging a minor injury for the enemy's life.
What's more, this little devil in front of me who dared to play tricks on me really deserved to die!
Kaka!
The sword swung by Yahiko's hand arrived first but was embedded in Hiruko's raised arms. The blade went in three-quarters of the way and was stuck, unable to move forward any further.
As if he was too slow to react, Kumokawa only had time to raise his palm to block in front of him, causing the murderous intent in Hiruko's eyes to almost overflow, and he shouted: "Die!"
Kumokawa stood there motionless, neither dodging nor evading, watching the nearly three-meter-tall giant figure rushing towards him, just waiting for him to rush in front of him and stab him with a whip!
At the moment when the spikes really swung and stabbed, the blade landed ten centimeters above his neck, and the scythe of the god of death was almost on his neck. Kumokawa's mouth moved slightly:"Seki."
In an instant, something seemed to ripple in the air, and light blue tangible spirit particles gathered and condensed into a "shield".
BANG!!
The spikes were strong enough to pierce steel and collided with the shield.
There was a sharp sound of metal hitting stone, and countless water splashes were shot out in the rain.
"What is this?" Hiruko stared at the "shield" with his pupils shrinking like needles.
Bakudō no. 8: Seki! (Repulsion)
Bakudō is a kind of "Kidō"(Demon Arts), a Technique that only "Shinigami" can use. It is independent of the ninja world system and is derived from the ability of the character template [Ichimaru Gin].
